Arflex il venditore, previo accertamento dei difetti o vizi nei prodotti o loro parti, si riserva di sostituirli in garanzia. non si accettano restituzioni della
Arflex le condizioni generali di vendita che disciplinano i rapporti tra compratore e venditore sono quelle previste dal codice civile agli art. 1470 e seguenti. in particolare, a deroga e completamento delle disposizioni richiamate, s’intendono accettate da ambo le parti le seguenti clausole: prezzi e condizioni il presente listino annulla e sostituisce tutti i precedenti. il listino prezzi ha validità annuale. i prezzi indicati escludono le spese relative al montaggio ed installazione del prodotto. i prezzi indicati sono in euro. accettazione dell’ ordine l’ordine si considera accettato solo dopo l’emissione della nostra conferma d’ordine e alle nostre condizioni di vendita in essa contenute. eventuali cambiamenti possono essere fatti solo se la produzione non è ancora iniziata; in caso contrario saranno addebitati i costi sostenuti. arflex non è obbligata ad accettare un ordine di acquisto e potrà anche subordinare l’accettazione o l’evasione al pagamento di una parte o dell’intero importo dovuto. in caso di mancata accettazione di un ordine di acquisto, nulla sarà dovuto al cliente, a titolo di rimborso, risarcimento, indennizzo o a qualsiasi altro titolo. resa della merce in assenza di accordi scritti, arflex mette a disposizione del cliente la merce exw (ex works - franco fabbrica). le merci viaggiano sempre a rischio e pericolo del compratore, anche se vendute franco destino. il compratore si rende pertanto responsabile della perdita e/o avaria e/o danneggiamento della merce dal momento in cui la stessa è consegnata al trasportatore. ordini minimi, tagli tessuto e fodere per consegne di importo inferiore a € 1000,00 (netto), sarà addebitata in fattura una quota fissa di € 50,00 (importo netto) per gestione pratica. la merce sarà consegnata franco fabbrica o spedita da arflex con addebito del costo del trasporto, che verrà indicato sulla conferma d’ordine. la consegna di sole fodere, tagli di tessuto o parti di ricambio potrà essere effettuata a scelta del cliente nelle seguenti modalità :
Arflex - a mezzo corriere espresso con addebito all’intero costo del trasporto, indipendentemente dall’importo della merce trasportata ; - tramite corrieri senza addebito di trasporto, in abbinamento ad altre consegne di modelli in ordine. il pagamento dovrà esse e anticipato.
Arflex tempi di consegna le modalità e i termini della consegna sono a discrezione del venditore, che si riserva di evadere l’ordine anche in più riprese. i termini di consegna indicati nelle conferme d’ordine sono puramente indicativi. sono pertanto escluse penalità e/o responsabilità per ritardi di consegna. misure e fuori serie le misure riportate nel listino sono indicate in cm e si riferiscono all’ingombro totale dei modelli, incluse le sporgenze. in considerazione della natura e delle lavorazioni dei materiali utilizzati, sono possibili variazioni dimensionali del +/- 2%. richieste di eventuali lavori per modifiche “fuori serie” dovranno essere preventivamente autorizzate ed accettate dal venditore e, indipendentemente dalla loro entità e dal tipo di rivestimento, saranno assoggettate ad una maggiorazione di prezzo del 30%. modifiche il produttore, qualora ne avvisi la necessità e per non arrestare il continuo processo di miglioramento ed aggiornamento tecnico della produzione, si riserva di apportare ai suoi prodotti, senza alcun preavviso, tutte le modifiche che riterrà opportune. destro sinistro l’uso del termine destro o sinistro deve intendersi con riferimento alla posizione della persona in piedi che guarda il modello. reclami le contestazioni per danni derivati da trasporto dovranno essere comunicate per iscritto al corriere/vettore, con copia per conoscenza alla nostra azienda, entro otto giorni dalla data dell’effettivo ricevimento della merce. eventuali difformità riscontrate tra la fornitura e l’ordine, nonché eventuali vizi o difetti dei prodotti consegnati, devono essere segnalati per iscritto al venditore entro otto giorni dall’effettivo ricevimento della merce. si accettano esclusivamente reclami corredati dagli estremi dei documenti fiscali di fornitura (ddt, fattura ecc.).
Arflex merce se non preventivamente concordate ed autorizzate per iscritto dal venditore. pagamenti le modalità di pagamento ed i relativi termini proposti dal compratore al momento dell’ordine dovranno essere quelli previsti dal venditore, che in ogni caso si riserva di accettarle o meno. il compratore è tenuto a pagare il prezzo nel termine convenuto, quale risulta dalla fattura di vendita, al domicilio del venditore. il compratore cade in mora quando non paga entro il termine, e ciò qualunque sia la forma tecnica di pagamento: contanti, ricevute bancarie, bonifici bancari ecc. dalla scadenza all’effettivo pagamento decorrono interessi moratori come previsto dalla normativa ce2000/35. l’eventuale accettazione di titoli di credito in pagamento da parte del venditore, avviene sempre salvo buon fine, senza novazione del rapporto sottostante e senza modifica del foro competente. il venditore ha la facoltà di sospendere le forniture quando le condizioni economiche del compratore risultassero tali da porre in evidente pericolo il conseguimento del pagamento. il ritardo nel pagamento, anche di una sola rata, dà diritto al venditore di richiedere il saldo immediato di tutti i suoi crediti in essere e di risolvere i contratti in corso. per quanto non previsto, vale il disposto degli art. 1498, 1515 e 1519 del codice civile. riserva di proprieta’ le merci rimangono di proprietà del venditore finchè non ne sia stato pagato interamente il prezzo. qualora il compratore le abbia vendute prima di tale momento, il venditore si surrogherà automaticamente nei suoi diritti verso il terzo acquirente e l’eventuale ricavato della vendita sarà detenuto dal compratore in nome e per conto del venditore ed a lui prontamente trasmesso. saranno a carico del compratore i rischi derivanti da perdita o danni per qualsiasi causa subiti dalla merce. il compratore è tenuto ad ottemperare agli oneri ed alle formalità previste in materia di riserva di proprietà dalla legge del luogo ove le merci sono vendute.
Arflex clausola risolutiva espressa e forza maggiore in caso di inadempimento del cliente al pagamento di quanto dovuto, ciascuna compravendita si intenderà risolta di diritto. se insorgono cause di forza maggiore (quali, a titolo esemplificativo, scioperi, conflitti armati, interferenze di autorità militari e civili, atti terroristici, sommosse, disordini, sabotaggi, calamità naturali, embarghi, incendi anche se dolosi, incrementi inusuali o imprevedibili del prezzo delle materie prime o delle componenti acquistate da terzi), ossia eventi che superino i limiti di prevedibilità e controllo ragionevolmente attribuiti alle parti e senza che a tale evento abbia contribuito la condotta colposa della parte inadempiente, nessun fatto potrà determinare la risoluzione o l’obbligo per la parte inadempiente di risarcire i danni. nel caso in cui la causa di forza maggiore persista per un periodo superiore ai 90 (novanta) giorni, entrambe le parti potranno recedere dal contratto con comunicazione scritta all’altra parte, senza che ad alcuna delle parti siano dovuti risarcimenti, indennizzi, rimborsi o somme di altra natura. rivestimenti i metraggi indicati nel presente listino si riferiscono a tessuti in tinta unita e di altezza utile pari a cm.140. nel caso di : tessuti di altezza inferiore, tessuti non in tinta unita e velluti si prega di contattare il venditore per stabilire l’esatto quantitativo occorrente. per i prodotti rivestiti con tessuti forniti dal cliente, sono da ritenersi validi i prezzi indicati nella categoria “com”. i tessuti devono sempre provenire ad arflex in porto franco; su tali tessuti dovrà essere indicato il “diritto” o il “rovescio” e, in caso di tessuto fantasia, “alto” e “basso”. in caso contrario, saranno a disposizione del cliente. l'azienda può rifiutarsi di usare il tessuto se non adatto ad essere lavorato; in questo caso tutte le spese di restituzione sono a carico del cliente. per questo motivo, si consiglia di inviare un campione del tessuto, per poter eseguire le opportune verifiche di lavorazione. importante : trattandosi di tessuto fornito dal cliente, l’azienda non si assume alcuna responsabilità sulle caratteristiche tecniche e quindi sulla qualità dei materiali e nemmeno sul risultato estetico del prodotto. coordinati e complementi per i rivestimenti coordinati con tessuti di diversa categoria, aggiungere una maggiorazione del 15% (20% per i letti) sulla categoria superiore, con l'eventuale aggiunta di un cuscino arredo. in caso di utilizzo di due tessuti diversi ma della stessa categoria, ove non indicato nelle informazioni del prodotto, considerare una maggiorazione del 15% (20% per i letti). tolleranze per ragioni tecniche e produttive, non è possibile garantire nel tempo l’uniformità e la costanza delle tinte dei materiali usati, quali ad esempio tessuti, pelli, essenze, lacche, vetri, ecc., perciò i colori a campionario sono da ritenersi assolutamente indicativi. anche nel caso delle sostituzione delle fodere di rivestimento, a causa della fisiologica deformazione delle imbottiture determinata dall’uso prolungato nel tempo, potrebbero riscontrarsi, soprattutto nelle sedute e negli schienali, delle piccole difformità dimensionali. con l’ordine il compratore accetta tali tolleranze. uso e manutenzione attenersi scrupolosamente alle specifiche indicazioni riportate in etichetta e/o scheda tecnica che accompagna il prodotto. il venditore declina ogni responsabilità per gli eventuali danni derivati dal mancato rispetto delle indicazioni di cui sopra. garanzia garanzia di due anni a partire dalla data indicata sulla fattura, che copre i soli difetti di fabbricazione, come previsto dalla legge. la garanzia consiste nella riparazione o sostituzione di elementi difettosi, accertati in sede di collaudo o riconosciuti da arflex durante il periodo di garanzia. non sono coperti da garanzia parti danneggiate per cattiva o errata installazione o danni causati da eventi accidentali (cadute, calamità naturali, colpi, ecc.) e ogni difetto non riconducibile a difetti di fabbricazione. la garanzia non copre il prodotto in caso venga smontato o riparato da persone non autorizzate per iscritto dall’azienda. non sono difetti di fabbricazione: - danni dovuti ad uso improprio (saltare sul divano, salire in piedi sulla sedia, ecc. - pelli e cuoio: diverso grado di lucentezza e tonalità rispetto al campionario (si tratta di prodotti naturali), segni natura i, imperfezioni, pieghe dovute alla normale dilatazione d’uso, variazioni di tonalità di elementi prodotti in tempi diversi. - effetto stropicciato del lino, effetto chiaro scuro, impronte o macchie su velluti e ciniglie - schiacciamento delle parti imbottite dovute all’uso (pieghe sul rivestimento) - nelle parti in legno: variazioni dimensionali determinati da tassi di umidità o secchezze anomali, venature, nodi e altre ca atteristiche naturali del legno. - marmi: sono materiali naturali; per questo motivo le venature e le tonalità di colore presentano delle differenze, che non d vono essere considerate un difetto, ma un pregio, che sottolinea la naturalità del prodotto. - l’esposizione diretta alla luce naturale o lampade potenti può modificare il colore del legno, dei tessuti, delle pelli o del cuoio. qualora il venditore accetti di vendere prodotti indicati come “in eliminazione” nel listino prezzi, l’impegno di arflex dovrà intendersi condizionato all’effettiva disponibilità di tali prodotti. l’azienda potrà verificare tale disponibilità anche dopo la stipula della compravendita, senza preavvertire il cliente e senza che arflex possa ritenersi, in alcun modo, responsabile per l’esaurimento dei prodotti; in caso di esaurimento, si avrà solo la restituzione della compravendita, per il mancato avverarsi della condizione sospensiva, fermo restando l’obbligo per arflex di restituire la quota di corrispettivo eventualmente ricevuta dal cliente. tutela dei dati personali i dati forniti dal cliente saranno conservati e trattati da arflex (titolare del trattamento) in banche dati cartacee ed informatiche, con finalità di adempimento agli obblighi di legge, anche di natura contabile e fiscale, nonchè statistiche e commerciali, nel pieno rispetto del decreto legislativo del 30 giugno 2003, n.196. l’invio dell’ordine d’acquisto costituisce consenso al trattamento dei dati, per le finalità sopra indicate. si raccomanda la presa visione della privacy policy completa sul sito www.arflex.com foro competente per qualsiasi controversia che dovesse insorgere tra compratore e venditore, sarà competente in via esclusiva il foro di monza.
Arflex the general terms and conditions of sale govern the transaction between the buyer and seller of the goods in accordance with articles no. 1470 and the following ones of the italian civil code. in particular, notwithstanding the existing provisions and in addition to them, both parties agree on the following clauses: prices and conditions the present price list cancels and replaces all previous ones. the price list is valid for one years. the prices do not include assembly or installation costs for the product. the prices are in euro. acceptance of the order the order is accepted only after the issue of our confirmation and under the sales conditions indicated on the confirmation. possible order changes can be effected only if the production has not been started yet. in case the production has been already started, the extra costs will be charged to the purchaser. arflex is not obliged to accept a purchase order and may also make acceptance or evasion under payment of part or the entire amount due. in case of not acceptance of the purchase order, nothing will be given to the customer, by way of reimbursement, indemnity, compensation or any other title. delivery without having written disposal, arflex delivers the goods ex factory exw (ex works). the goods are shipped at buyer’s own risk, even when carriage is paid to destination. the buyer is therefore liable for loss and/or damage to the consignment from the time goods are handed over to the carrier. minimum of orders, cut of fabrics and covers for deliveries of less than € 1000,00 (net amount), a fixed amount of € 50,00 (net amount) will be added in the invoice. the goods will be delivered ex factory or sent by arflex with additional freight costs, that will be indicated on the order confirmation. extra covers, cut of fabrics or spare parts can be delivered in different ways, as per customer’s request: - Arflex die allgemeinen verkaufsbedingungen zur regelung der beziehungen zwischen dem käufer und dem verkäufer entsprechen den bestimmungen des italienischen bgb art. 1470 ff. insbesondere werden die folgenden klauseln von beiden parteien, abweichend von den obigen bestimmungen und zu deren ergänzung anerkannt: preise und verkaufsbedingungen die beigefügte preisliste annulliert und ersetzt alle vorausgegangenen preise und ist für ein jahr gültig. die angegebenen preise enthalten keine kosten bzgl. montage oder installation der produkte. die preise sind in euro. aufträge eine bestellung wird nur nach ausstellung unserer auftragsbestätigung und gemäß den geltenden verkaufsbedingungen angenommen. auftragsänderungen sind möglich, wenn die produktion noch nicht begonnen worden ist. andernfalls gehen die entstandenen kosten zu lasten des kunden. die bestellung ist nur nach der erteilung unserer auftragsbestätigung angenommen und unter den verkaufsbedingungen darin enthalten. alle änderungen können gemacht werden, nur wenn die produktion noch nicht begonnen worden ist, da sonst die angefallenen kosten in die rechnung gestellt werden. arflex ist nicht verpflichtet, eine bestellung anzunehmen und kann auch um die annahme oder umgehung der zahlung eines teils oder des gesamten fälligen betrags bitten. im falle der nichtannahme einer bestellung wird nichts dem kunden gegeben werden, im wege der erstattung, entschädigung, schadenersatz oder anderen titels. lieferung in ermangelung schriftlichen vereinbarungen wird arflex die ware exw - ab werk liefern. die waren werden immer auf risiko des käufers transportiert, auch wenn die lieferung frei haus ist. der käufer haftet daher für den verlust und/oder die beschädigung der ware, sobald sie dem spediteur übergeben wird. kleine bestellungen, stoff auf meter und ersatztbezüge für lieferungen unten € 1000,00 (netto preis) wird ein fester betrag von € 50,00 in rechnung gestellt. die ware wird ab werk geliefert. die höhen der fracht werden auf anfrage gegeben werden. lieferungen von ersatztbezügen, stoff auf meter und zubehören können nach wahl des kunden auf diese weise gemacht werden : - durch expresskurier mit belastung der transportkosten, unabhängig von dem gesamten betrag des auftrags - durch unsere transportfirmen ohne belastung der transportkosten mit der lieferung anderer bestellter modelle. die zahlung muss vorkasse sein. lieferungstermin verkehrsträger und liefertermine sind nach wahl des verkäufers; die bestellung kann auch in verschiedenen mälen erledigt werden. die liefertermine auf der auftragsbestätigung sind reine angaben und stellen keine verpflichtung dar. schadenersatzansprüche aus lieferverzögerungen sind ausgeschlossen. maße und sondermaße die maße in zentimetern beziehen sich auf den gesamten raumbedarf, einschließlich der vorsprünge. maßenänderungen von +/- 2 % sind möglich, in dem man die natur der verarbeitung und der materialien in betracht zieht. eventuelle abänderungen von produkten “außer standardproduktion” bedürfen unseres einverständnisses und unterliegen, unabhängig von ihrem ausmaß oder ihrer bezugsart, einem aufpreis von 30%. änderungen der verkäufer, wenn nötig und um die verbesserung und technische fortbildung der produktion nicht einzustellen, behält sich das recht vor, jegliche änderung ohne vorherige mitteilungspflicht an den modellen vorzunehmen. links oder rechts unter diesen begriffen versteht man die position der stehenden person vor dem sofa. man soll das modell sehen. reklamationen transportschäden sollen unbedingt innerhalb von acht tagen nach dem erhalt der ware schriftlich an transporteur, mit kopie zu uns, gemacht werden. mögliche abweisungen zwischen der lieferung und der bestellung, sowie mögliche fehler oder mängel an den gelieferten produkten sind dem lieferanten innerhalb von acht tagen ab dem erhalt der ware schriftlich zu melden. die beanstandungen können berücksichtigt werden, nur wenn sie die steuerrelevanten angaben auf den versandpapieren (lieferschein, rechnung, usw.) enthalten. der verkäufer behält sich das recht vor, die produkte oder teile davon nach vorherige fest-stellung der mängel oder fehler auf garantie zu ersetzen. alle warenrücksendungen sind vorab mit dem lieferanten zu vereinbaren und bedürfen seiner schriftlichen zustimmung. zahlungen die zahlungsmodalitäten und die jeweiligen von käufer bei der bestellung vorgeschla-genen zahlungsfristen müssen unter die vom verkäufer bereits vorgesehenen bedingun-gen fallen, der es sich dennoch vorbehält, sie anzunehmen oder abzulehnen. der käufer ist zur zahlung des preises unter berücksichtigung des vereinbarten zahlungsziels ver-pflichtet, das aus der rechnung bei der niederlassung des verkäufers hervorgeht. der käufer gerät in verzug, wenn die zahlung unabhängig von der zahlungsform (barzah-lung, bankquittungen, tratten, banküberweisung, usw.) nicht fristgerecht er-folgt. ab dem fälligkeitsdatum bis zum augenblick der effektiven zahlung werden die verzugszinsen gemäß der bestimmungen ce 2000/35 berechnet. die eventuelle annahme von kreditpapieren als zahlung seitens des verkäufers erfolgt stets unter üblichem vorbehalt, wobei keine schuldumwandlung des untergeordneten verhältnisses bzw. änderung der zuständigkeit des gerichts erfolgt. bei verspäteter zahlung, auch nur einer einzigen rate hat der verkäufer das recht, die sofortige zahlung aller seiner bestehenden forderungen zu verlangen und alle laufenden verträge aufzu-lösen. soweit nicht vorgesehen, gelten die bestimmungen des art. 1498, 1515 und 1519 des italienischen bgb. eigentumsvorbehalt die ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen zahlung des kaufspreises eigentum des verkäufers. falls der käufer sie bereits vor diesem zeitpunkt weiterveräußert hat, gehen die ansprüche gegenüber dem drittkäufer automatisch an den verkäufer über und der mögliche erlös aus dem verkauf wird vom käufer im namen und auftrag des verkäufers einbehalten und ihm umgehend übergeben. die gefahren für verlust oder beschädigung der ware gehen immer zu lasten des käufers. in teilweiser abweichung von den bestimmungen ist der käufer verpflichtet, die auflagen und formalitäten hinsichtlich des eigentumsvorbehalts des ortes zu erfüllen, an dem die ware verkauft wird.
Arflex ausgesrueckte rücktrittsklausel und hoehere gewalt im falle des zahlungsverzugs des kunden, wird jede transaktion als ständiger rechtsprechung werden. bei verschlechterung höherer gewalt (einschließlich, ohne einschränkung, streiks, be-waffnete konflikte, störungen von zivilen und militärischen behörden, terrorakte, auf-stände, unruhen, sabotage, naturkatastrophen, embargos, brände, obwohl brandstiftung, ungewöhnliche oder unerwartete anstieg des preises rohstoffe oder komponenten von dritten erworben werden), das heisst ereignisse, die die grenzen der planbarkeit und kontrolle den parteien überschreiten vernünftigerweise zugeschrieben wird und ohne die diese veranstaltung hat dazu beitragen, führen die fahrlässigkeit der säumigen partei, keine fakten wird die auflösung oder die bestimmen verpflichtung für den säumigen partei zur zahlung von schadenersatz. wenn die höhere gewalt für einen zeitraum von mehr als 90 (neunzig) tage anhält, kann jede partei vertrag durch schriftliche mitteilung zu den anderen partei kündigen, ohne dass eine entschädigung der parteien wegen schadenersatz, ersatz-, erstattungs- oder mengen anderer arten gegeben wird. bezugsstoff die in der preisliste aufgeführten meterlängen beziehen sich auf unigefärbte stoffe mit der nutzbreite von cm. 140. bei: stoffen mit schmäleren breiten, stoffen, die nicht unigefärbt sind, samt, bittet man sich an die firma zu wenden, um die genaue notwendige menge festzulegen. für modellen mit kundenstoff, bitte sehen sie die preise für die modellen in com kategorie. die stoffe, sollen immer nach arflex frei haus geliefert werden. man muss auch die “gerade” oder “umgekehrte” seite geben und, im falle von stoff mit rapport, auch “hoch” und “niedrig” geben. wenn nicht geschrieben, werden die ware in arflex lager stehen. die firma kann stoff ablehnen, wenn sie nicht gut für die produktion sind. alle frachtkosten werden an der kunde belasten. aus diesem grund vorschlagen wir, uns ein muster der stoff zu schicken, um stoff für die produktion zu bestätigen . wichtig : da stoff vom kunden beliefert ist, wird die firma keine aufgabe über technische eigenschaften und über die qualität der materialen akzeptieren und ästhetische resultat des produktes garantieren. abstimmungen und erganzungen für bezüge, die mit stoffen verschiedener kategorien abgestimmt sind, wird immer der preis der hoheren kategorie berucksichtigt, mit einer erhöhung von 15%(für betten +20%) und auch eventuell ein kissen dazu. für aufträge mit zwei verschiedenen stoffen in der selben preiskategorie, wenn nicht in der beschreibung des modells geschrieben, bitte eine erhöhung von 15% (+20% für betten) zu kalkulieren. toleranzen aus produktionstechnischen gründen ist es nicht möglich, die gleichförmige und konstante farbgebung der eingesetzten materialen, wie z.b. stoffe, leder, holz, lackierungen, glas, usw. langfristig zu gewährleisten. die farbmuster sind daher nicht verbindlich. falls ersetzung von bezüge, wegen der benutzung, deshalb einer physiologischen miß-bildung der innenpolsterung (struktur, sitz- und rückenkissen) gibt es die möglichkeit einem maßunterschied. auf diesem grund konnten die neue ersatzbezüge zu gross auf der alten struktur passen. mit der erteilung einer bestellung akzeptiert der käufer solche toleranzen. gebrauch und pflege die angaben auf dem etikett und/oder auf den technischen angaben sind strengstens zu beachten. für schäden aufgrund der nichteinhaltung der obigen angaben wird keine haftung von arflex übernommen. garantie garantie von zwei jahren ab dem datum auf der rechnung, die nur herstellungs-fehler abdeckt, wie vom gesetz vorgesehen ist. die garantie umfasst reparaturen oder austausch von defekten teilen, die während der prüfung oder von arflex anerkannt während der garantiezeit. die garantie deckt nicht beschädigte teile durch schlechte oder falsche installation oder schäden, die durch zufällige ereignisse (stürze, naturkata-strophen, strikes, usw.) oder jeder fehler, der nicht durch fabrikationsfehler verursacht. die garantie gilt nicht für das produkt, wenn es durch personen zerlegt oder repariert wird, die nicht schriftlich von der firma genehmigt. es sind keine produktion defekten : - schäden aus unsachgemäßem gebrauch (schlag auf dem sofa, auf dem stuhl stehen, usw. - leder und kernleder : verschiedene grade von helligkeit und farbton, natürliche markierungen, flecken, falten aus normalem usbau der nutzung, leichte tonvaria-tionen zur stoffmuster (sind naturprodukte), tonvariationen der elemente, die in verschiedenen zeiten produziert worden sind. - auswirkung der zerknitterten leinen, hell-dunkel-effekt, finderabdrücke oder flecken auf samt und plüsch - zerkleinerung von gepolsterten teilen aus einsatz (falten auf der verkleidung) - in den holzteilen : maßänderungen durch abnorme trockenheit oder feuchtigkeit, getreide, knoten und anderen natürliche eigenschaften des holzes. - marmor : es ist ein natürliches material; deshalb zeigen die venen und farbschattie- rungen unterschiede, die nicht als de ekt angesehen werden sollte, sondern als ein wert, der die natürlichkeit des produktes unterstreicht. - der unmittelbare einfluss des natürlichen lichts oder starker lampen können die farbe des holzes, textilien, leder oder kern eder wechseln. produkte bis sum stock ausverkaufen wenn der verkäufer verpflicht sich, die produkte zu verkäufen, die bis zum stock in der preisliste aufgelistet sind, soll arflex nur die verfügbarkeit des modells prüfen. der käufer wird diese verfügung auch nach dem erhalt der bestellung machen, ohne vorankündigung und ohne dass arflex in keiner weise verantwortlich für den abbau der produkte betrachtet wird. wenn das modell nicht mehr lieferbar ist, wird die bestellung gelöscht und arflex wird eventuell die vorauskasse zahlung, die von der kunden bekommen hat, zurücksenden. datenschutz die daten vom kunden bereitgestellt werden gespeichert und von arflex (data control-ler) in computer-datenbanken und papier verarbeitet werden, zum zwecke der ein-haltung der gesetzlichen vorschriften, einschließlich buchführung und steuern, sowie statistiken und handel, in voller achtung der gesetzesverordnung 30. juni 2003, nr. 196. die sendung der bestellung ist einwilligung in die verarbeitung von daten für die oben genannten zwecke. wir empfehlen ihnen, die vollständige datenschutzerklärung unter www.arflex.com zu lesen. zuständiges gericht bei allen streitigkeiten zwischen dem käufer und dem verkäufer ist das gericht von monza zuständig.
