This penthouse in Sardinia is an anthem to the timeless elegance

and beauty of the Costa Smeralda

A few steps from the crystal-clear waters and white sand of

some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, in the Porto

Cervo area, architect Silvia Zamarion gives light to an apartment

that certainly did not lack spectacular views. 100 square meters

overlooking the gulf of Porto Cervo Marina equipped with a

panoramic terrace of about 70 square meters are the ideal

retreat for a family from Rome that was looking for a vacation

home on this stretch of coastline.

The apartment has a proper living room, equipped with a

kitchen, on the rooftop level. The covered and uncovered part,

both house a white lacquered iron dining table.

The entrance is covered in oak, fluted at the sides for a more

sophisticated effect.

The view from the bedrooms is something unique: in fact, the

apartment overlooks the Gulf of Porto Cervo, creating a real live

scene that enters the house.

The ensuite bathroom features a blue environment that wraps

around the sink and sanitary area, at the bottom, the majestic

white shower in Carrara marble. All bathroom furnishings are by

antoniolupi.

The guest suite is an elegant, timeless environment. Closet and

furniture dialogue with each other in both colors and materials.

On the wall, behind the bed, the predominant color is navy blue,

the same as the bathroom.

This bathroom is an ocean blue environment; the cerulean tone,

inspired by the colors of the sea, also envelops the antoniolupi

wall-hung cabinet.

The guest room smells of Sardinia, thanks to its colors and

essences. Wood paneling, again in the same tone as the Orosei

stone, covers the headboard of the bed.

The guest bathroom is neutral and sophisticated. The wall hung

mirror, which covers the wall of the sink and cabinet, are by

antoniolupi.

The master bedroom has a custom-made closet, designed by

the architect, on whose doors are cut-outs that light up to create

a warm and elegant atmosphere. The door to the room, and the

color palette, also follow the language of the closet

finish.

In the guest bathroom, it is the shower, in Orosei stone, that

is the real star of the scene. This textural yet elegant cabin is

de

fined by a cylindrical showerhead by antoniolupi.

The centerpiece of the apartment is the outdoor living room on

the roof: a pagoda of wood and reed overlooking the Gulf of

Porto Cervo.
