ERCOS history is an entrepreneurial

success story told over three

generations.

The company was founded in 1967 as a cas

t

iron foundry for the production of radiators

,

at the time the most widespreaded system

terminals in the world of home heating.

In 1999, the economic boom, the strong

expansion of the construction sector and th

e

introduction of new materials transfromed

ERCOS into a production company of tubula

r

steel radiators. The Comby® product, wit

h

its exclusive patent, is still present today i

n

the plumbing market as the only completely

modular steel radiator.

A decade of adjustment and re

finement

followed, when the company’s main

objective was to improve quality,

functionality and efficiency and to focus on

optimizing the production. ERCOS produc

t

range was soon integrated with the tubular

steel towel warmer Monica and in 2009 the

o

ffer of the “Heat” catalogue was

finalised

with the introduction of floor heating system

.

Thanks to its entrepreneurial vision, it was

then possible to expand and exstabilish itself

in a rapidly growing market complementar

y

to the world of heating: the bathroom

furnishings. Thus began the acquisitio

n

of excellence in the sector: in 2013 ACB

Sedili, a Bergamo company leader in th

e

production of seats for sanitary ware and i

n

2018 Ponsi Rubinetterie Toscane, a histori

c

company from Versilia producing brass

taps. ERCOS’s image becomes increasingly

clear and prominent with the expansion

of bathroom products catalogue. In 2022

,

ERCOS production expands further by

introducing manufacturing of contemporar

y

shower trays in marble composite, with a

stoneeffect texture. From here on, the future

of ERCOS is still to be written.
