ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Prima di eseguire il taglio del tubo verificare che il tubo non

presenti difetti superficiali e che la marcatura sia leggibile e

completa in ogni sua parte

Before cutting the pipe, check that the pipe has no surface

defects and that the marking is readable and complete in all its

parts

Verificare sempre che la lama della cesoia sia perfettamente

affilata e tagliente, priva di ammaccature o parti danneggiate

Always check that the shear blade is perfectly sharp, without

dentsor damaged parts

Utilizzando un apposito utensile taglia tubi [codice TT50.00]

eseguire un taglio perpendicolare all’asse del tubo.

Cut the pipe perpendicularly to its axis using an appropriate pipe-

cutting tool [code TT500.00].

Il taglio deve essere sempre effettuato sulla parte dritta del

tubo a una distanza minima di 150mm dal raccordo

precedente o a una distanza minima di 20mm dalla fine del

raggio di piegatura del tubo.

Il taglio deve essere netto, senza sbavature interne od esterne

al tubo.

The cut must always be made on the straight part of the pipe at

a minimum distance of 150mm from the closest fitting or at a

minimum distance of 20mm from the pipe’s bend ending.

The cut must be clean, without pipe internal or external burs.
