I raccordi a pressare per tubo multistrato della serie

SAFE_PRESS sono dotati della funzione LEAK BEFORE

PRESS (LBP) che consente di visualizzare le perdite di

acqua in caso di mancata pressatura. Grazie alla funzione

LBP è possibile riconoscere velocemente i punti di

mancata pressatura ed intervenire conseguentemente

riducendo la possibilità di errore o dimenticanze che

possono inficiare la tenuta dell’impianto nel tempo.

I raccordi sono utilizzabili in impianti di adduzione di

acqua calda e fredda per usi sanitari o di

riscaldamento/raffrescamento, in ogni tipo di

installazione idraulica (commerciale, domestica,

industriale e agricola) e in linea di massima con fluidi non

aggressivi.

La geometria del raccordo consente un ottimo

accoppiamento tra tubo e raccordo in seguito alla

pressatura e le finestre sul portabussola permettono di

verificare la corretta inserzione del tubo. Due O-Ring

garantiscono la tenuta e l’affidabilit

à del prodotto nel

tempo.

Il corpo del raccordo

è in ottone, mentre la bussola è

realizzata in acciaio AISI 304.

Nel caso di installazioni sotto traccia, evitare il contatto

tra l’impasto cementizio e le parti metalliche del raccordo.

Essendo la tipologia di raccordo irreversibile (non

smontabile) è possibile posizionare il raccordo

sottotraccia avendo cura di proteggerlo con materiali

idonei.

Press fittings for multilayer pipe of line SAFE_PRESS are

equipped with LEAK BEFORE PRESS (LBP) system to

detect water leak when the fitting is not pressed. This

allows the plumber to easily detect the improper

installation and eventually react promptly. The “leak before

press” function guarantees greater safety and time savings

during installation.

Fittings are suitable for cold or hot water supply for

sanitary or heating systems, and for any kind of sanitary

installation such as domestic, commercial, industry and

farming and with non-aggressive fluids.

The geometry of the fitting allows an excellent coupling

between pipe and fitting after pressing and the plastic

insulation ring windows allow to check the correct insertion

of the pipe. Two O-rings guarantee the seal and reliability

over time.

Fitting body is made of brass, while the sleeve is made of

AISI 304 stainless steel.

Since the connecting type is irreversible (it is not possible

to disassemble), it is possible to place the fittings

concealed, taking care of protecting it from non-suitable

materials.
