ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Utilizzando un apposito utensile taglia tubi [codice TT50.00]

eseguire un taglio perpendicolare all’asse del tubo.

Cut the pipe perpendicularly to its axis using an appropriate pipe-

cutting tool [code TT500.00].

Calibrare e sbavare il tubo con apposito calibro [codice

CS50.00; MA00.90], facendo attenzione ad eliminare eventuali

trucioli residui.

Lo smusso interno deve essere compiuto su tutta la

circonferenza.

Calibrate the pipe using special reamer [code CS50.00,

MA00.90], removing possible residual chips.

The pipe edge should be trimmed throughout the circumference.

Calzare il tubo sul portatubo del raccordo fino a battuta con

l’anello plastico.

Il tubo

è inserito correttamente quando

è visibile attraverso

tutte le finestre di ispezione della ghiera di plastica.

Insert the pipe into the pipe holder until the pipe stops at the

plastic ring.

Check that the pipe is properly inserted and visible from all

inspection windows.

Posizionare la pinza di pressatura e azionare il pulsante

elettrico della macchina pressatrice.

Attenzione: il non corretto posizionamento della pinza potrebbe

pregiudicare il funzionamento del sistema.

Place the pressing jaws and operate the electric button of the

pressing machine.

An improper placing of the jaws could damage the proper

system functioning.
