ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Utilizzando un apposito utensile taglia tubi [codice TT50.00]

eseguire un taglio perpendicolare all’asse del tubo.

Cut the pipe perpendicularly to its axis using an appropriate pipe-

cutting tool [code TT500.00].

Calibrare e sbavare il tubo con apposito calibro [codice

CS50.00; MA00.90], facendo attenzione ad eliminare eventuali

trucioli residui. Lo smusso interno deve essere compiuto su

tutta la circonferenza.

Calibrate the pipe using special reamer [code CS50.00,

MA00.90], removing possible residual chips. The pipe edge

should be trimmed throughout the circumference.

Inserire dado e ogiva sul tubo.

Insert nut and olive on the pipe.

Inserire il tubo a battuta e avvitare il dado per quanto

consentito. Con chiave esagonale avvitare il dado fino a

raggiungere il n° di giri indicato in tabella (pag. precedente).

Insert the pipe in the body until it stops. With an hexagonal

wrench, tighten the nut until reaching the number of threads

shown in the table (see previous page).
