ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Utilizzando un apposito utensile taglia tubi eseguire un taglio

perpendicolare all’asse del tubo. Non impiegare tagliatubi a

"ghigliottina" che solitamente si utilizzano solo per tubi in

plastica.

Using a special pipe cutting tool, make a cut perpendicular to

the axis of the pipe. Do not use 'guillotine' pipe cutters that are

usually only used for plastic pipes

Calibrare e sbavare il tubo con apposito calibro, facendo

attenzione ad eliminare eventuali trucioli residui. Lo smusso

interno deve essere compiuto su tutta la circonferenza.

Calibrate and deburr the pipe with a special gauge, taking care

to eliminate any residual chips. The internal chamfer must be

made on the entire circumference.

Installare nel tubo dado e anello; inserire quindi il portagomma

sino in fondo, dopo aver controllato che siano presenti tutti gli

O-Rings. In questa fase l'uso di un lubrificante spray facilita

l'introduzione, ma soprattutto evita il danneggiamento degli O-

Rings. L'inserimento del tubo nel portagomma è un'operazione

da effettuarsi con grande attenzione in quanto l'involontaria

fuoriuscita dell'O-Ring dal suo alloggiamento può essere la

causa che impedisce la tenuta.

Install the nut and ring in the pipe, then push the pipe

connection inside to the end, after checking that all the O-rings

are present. At this stage, the use of a spray lubricant can

facilitate the assembly of the parts, but above all it prevents

damage to the O-rings. The insertion of the pipe in the pipe

connection is an operation to be carried out with particular care,

as the seal may not be formed if the O-Ring slips out of its

housing.
