Alice Rosignoli creates a series of uniquely poetic
rattan jars for her latest addition the Ligne Roset
collection. Each of these decorative woven items
bears a unique character, bestowed by the hands
that individually created it. The warm, natural
rattan is both durable and eco-friendly, fitting into
any interior with charm.
Young designer Marie-Aurore Stilker-Metral
speaks to her recent time working in Japan with
this glass vase, suggesting elements used to make
samurai armor. The colorful design cut into the
glass evokes the ornamental motifs which are the
most common decoration for the protective
pieces.
Made with natural gray of terracotta-colored
concrete, the Mold vase and suspended light use
the same elemental form for two separate uses.
The piece preserves the wholeness of the form
and transparency of its process, letting the vase
and lamp reflect the entire mold.
A fluid twisting motion animates the Wo vase, in
white or sky blue enameled porcelain. The porcelain
is fired at over 1400°C to produce a fine and
translucent ceramic.
