Evoking the essence of its namesake,

Balance floor lamp features a classic drum

shade poised on a metal rod cantilevered

from its steel column. Adjusting a small pull

cord on the bottom of the diffuser activates

the fixture’s counterweight system, enabling

it to move to the right or left, or up or

down-all the while remaining parallel to

the floor. Balance provides general ambient

light and can also serve as a more focused

reading light.
