Pressatura garantita

La pressatura della giunzione tubo-raccordo è eseguita dai tecnici Eurotis. Inoltre,

i raccordi a pressare e-PRESS hanno superato accurati test, come i cicli termici per

impianti ad alte temperature (da 20° a 150°, pressione 30 bar, durata 10.000 cicli).

The tube-fitting joint is pressed by Eurotis. Moreover, E-press fittings have passed careful

tests, such as thermal cycles for high-temperature systems (from 20° to 150°, pressure 30

bar, duration 10,000 cycles).

La tenuta della giunzione (tubo/raccordo)

è

garantita da due punti di pressatura:

Il 1° punto deforma l’ingresso del raccordo

dove è presente un “dente” che, ad avvenuta

pressatura, blocca il tubo inserendosi nella gola

tra due corrugazioni impedendone lo sfilamento.

Il 2° punto deforma la guarnizione,

permettendone la penetrazione all’interno delle

corrugazioni del tubo PLT-CSST e garantendo

una tenuta sicura e duratura.

The mechanical tightness consists of two pressing

points:

The 1st point deforms the entry of the fitting

where there is a “tooth” which, after pressing,

blocks the tube inserting itself between

twocorrugation thus preventing the tube from

slipping out.

The 2nd point deforms the gasket, allowing

it to penetrate into the corrugations of the PLT-

CSST tube and ensuring a secure and lasting seal.

Tempi di installazione ridotti

Sul tetto, dove spesso si incontrano le maggiori difficoltà nella preparazione al col-

legamento (taglio in misura della guaina e del tubo, accoppiamento tubo-raccordo),

soprattutto a causa delle disagevoli condizioni di lavoro, i raccordi pre-montati assi-

curano un’installazione facile e veloce. Con Solar-PRESS System l’unica operazione

necessaria è il collegamento del raccordo al pannello solare.
