to classify and promote water-efficient products. Fo

WCs, the Unified Water Label assesses water efficienc

based on the average flush volume. For dual flush

systems, the average is calculated from one full flush and

three reduced flushes. The rating system ranges from a

average flush volume of 3.50 litres or less (Band 1), to a

flush volume of more than 6 litres (Band 5).
