Green solutions

I nostri sono prodotti ecosostenibili. Il solid surface

ha origine da resine ricavate dal mais mentre il

mineralmarmo che impieghiamo è creato con PET

riciclato. Entrambi i materiali sono totalmente

riciclabili a fine vita e il loro impatto sull’ambiente

è minimo. Rispetto ai materiali alternativi che

necessitano cotture ad altissime temperature, per

i nostri materiali prodotti in assenza di cottura

l’incidenza sul consumo di CO2 generato

è di gran

lunga inferiore; e a questo si somma l’uso di un

packaging che utilizza solo materiali provenienti

da fonti rinnovabili e totalmente riciclabili. Anche il

nostro processo produttivo è green perché utilizziamo

energia pulita, sfruttando impianti fotovoltaici,

riutilizzando l’aria calda e riciclando gran parte degli

scarti di lavorazione.

Mineralmarmo

Il nostro mineralmarmo è un composito minerale

creato con polveri di carbonato di calcio delle

Dolomiti italiane e resina a base di PET riciclato, ed

è simile alla pietra naturale quando è proposto con

finitura opaca, ed è presente in tante colorazioni

di tendenza. Questo straordinario materiale

garantisce grande resistenza anche con spessori

ridotti e permette di realizzare piatti doccia di

grandi dimensioni. Il mineralmarmo è rivestito da

un film di smalto di nuova generazione, che lo rende

estremamente resistente ai graffi e ai sistemi di

sanificazione a vapore.

Solidsurface

Il solid surface è un materiale esclusivo che conferisce

ai prodotti una bellezza naturale, un effetto pietra

levigata “soft touch” che gli dona una piacevole

sensazione al tatto, di grande eleganza. Il solid

surface è un materiale non solo bello, ma anche molto

performante, resistente all’ingiallimento e agli shock

termici, ripristinabile e capace di ridurre il riverbero

del rumore dell’acqua. Un prodotto esclusivo, che

permette di creare vasche e lavabi monoblocco

e viene realizzato con resine naturali di origine

vegetale.

Certificazioni / marchi

I prodotti Aquaforte sono riconosciuti e certificati a

livello internazionale. Tutti hanno la marcatura CE

che si rifà al Regolamento Europeo 305/2011 per i

prodotti da costruzione, inoltre hanno certificazione

verde Environmental Claim Validation, che ne attesta

l’ecosostenibilità, certificazione GreenGuard, per la

salute e la sicurezza delle persone e certificazione

internazionale C-UPC per il mercato americano.

Green solutions

Our products are environmentally sustainable. Solid

Surface is manufactured from resins derived from

maize while the Mineralmarble we use is made from

recycled PET. Both materials are completely recyclable

at the end of their life and have a minimal impact on

the environment. Compared with alternative materials,

which require firing at extremely high temperatures,

our materials, manufactured without firing, generate

a far lower consumption of CO2; in addition, we use

only packaging made from materials from renewable

sources and that are completely recyclable. Our

manufacturing process is also green as we only use

clean energy from photovoltaic systems and re-use the

hot air generated by the compressors.

Mineralmarmo

Our Mineralmarble is a mineral compound created

from finely ground calcium carbonate from the Italian

Dolomites and resin from recycled PET. Similar to

natural stone when given a matte finish, it is highly

polished with a mirror effect in the high gloss version,

and is available in a wide range of trending colours.

This outstanding material guarantees great resistance

even when the thickness is reduced, thereby enabling

large size shower trays to be produced.

Mineralmarble is covered with a film of new-

generation enamel, which makes it extremely resistant

to scratching and steam sanitising systems.

Solidsurface

Solid Surface is an exclusive material that gives

products a natural beauty, a “soft touch” polished

stone effect with a pleasant sensation to the touch

and outstanding elegance. Solid Surface is not just

beautiful, it also performs extremely well, withstands

yellowing and temperature shocks, can be repaired

and is able to reduce the sound reverberation of water.

This exclusive product, which can be used to create

bathtubs and freestanding washbasins, is produced

from natural, plant-sourced resins.

Certifications / trademarks

Aquaforte products are recognised and certified

internationally. They all carry the CE mark, which is

based on the European Regulation No. 305/2011 for

construction products, and in addition have received

Environmental Claim Validation green certification,

which certifies their sustainability, GreenGuard

certification for personal health and safety and C-UPC

international certification for the American market.
