DESIGN EXCELLENCE

Danielle Siggerud is a Norwegian ar-

chitect based in Copenhagen. She holds a

Masters degree in architecture from the

Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Denmark.

She established her studio in 2016 and

today the practice works internationally,

with projects stretching from London,

New York, Stockholm to Paris.

At the core of her work lies the strive

for simplicity achieved by carefully bal-

ancing the fundamentals of architecture:

space, propor tion, light and materials.

“These qualities are sought not simply

as things of value in themselves, but as

means to support a quality of human ex-

perience” she says.

Distinguished by its playful yet elegant

silhouette, Androgyne was first designed

as a side table for the café in our former

showroom, but quickly went into produc-

tion for a larger audience. The invention

of the Copenhagen-based Norwegian ar-

chitect and designer Danielle Siggerud,

its blend of the masculine and feminine

– true androgyny – is what lends the ev-

er-expanding collection its name. Profiling

simple silhouettes and refined materials,

the collection’s side, lounge and dining

tables are offered in a range of materials

that allow you to mix and match to the de-

sired expression.
