Mews – termine che identifica gli stretti vicoli del centro storico di

Londra, dall’estetica singolare e pittoresca – trae ispirazione dal

paesaggio urbano, la storia e le texture della capitale inglese.

Particolari che qui si fondono, andando a creare motivi geometrici

piacevolmente vibranti. La collezione è il risultato di una lunga

sperimentazione sul coloure, che ha portato allo sviluppo di una

palette di nove tonalità: Chalk, Fog, Pigeon, Lead, Ink, Soot, Green,

Light Blue e Pink, ognuna delle quali si suddivide nuovamente in più

di 15 diverse sfumature, che conferiscono profondità e movimento

alle superfici. Mews è realizzata in grès porcellanato smaltato ad

impasto colourato in massa secondo un processo industriale. L’ampio

range di sfumature neutre consente di utilizzare gli elementi della

collezione sia come punto focale di un ambiente che come sfondo

per interni di ogni tipo.

Mews, a term referring to the narrow alleys in London’s historic

centre with their unique and picturesque aesthetic, is inspired by

urban landscape, history, and textures of the English capital. These

details merge, creating pleasantly vibrant geometric compositions.

The collection is the result of a long experimentation on colour, which

led to the creation of a palette of nine shades: Chalk, Fog, Pigeon,

Lead, Ink, Soot, Green, Light Blue and Pink, each of which is further

divided into over 15 different tones, imparting a sense of depth

and movement to the surfaces. Mews is made of glazed porcelain

stoneware with mass-coloured mixture according to an industrial

process. The wide range of neutral shades allows the use of the

elements both as a focal point of a space and as a background

for interiors of all kinds.
