Francesca Nobiletti e Marco Veglia, da compagni di università a colleghi e fondatori di Nove Architects.

Uno studio nato nel 2010 con il nome di Studio9Architettura per soddisfare le diverse esigenze di privati ed

aziende, sia nel campo dell’architettura civile che in quello navale, in Italia e all’estero. Attraverso un approccio

del tutto eclettico al progetto, lo studio è una sintesi delle diverse anime che compongono il team di lavoro:

quella dell’architettura residenziale/commerciale/degli spazi pubblici e la progettazione di yacht. Dal piccolo

appartamento in centro al grande Hotel nella periferia di Orleans in Francia, negli ultimi anni, Nove Architects

si è occupato anche della progettazione di opere pubbliche, venendo selezionati per due anni di seguito nella

shortlisted del “The Plan Award”: nel 2021 con il Progetto del “Masterplan del Porto di Riccione” progettato

assieme all’Arch. Massimo Franchini e nel 2022 con il Progetto del “Mausoleo Libico” sull’Isola di San Nicola

nell’arcipelago delle Isole Tremiti. NOVE è un numero legato a una data comune ai due fondatori dello studio,

ma è soprattutto l’unione delle loro iniziali. L’evolversi semplicemente in “NOVE” rappresenta la chiave di volta

di un percorso di vita professionale proiettato oggi alla pura “forma e sostanza”.

Francesca Nobiletti and Marco Veglia, from university friends to colleagues and founders of Nove Architects. A

firm established in 2010 under the name Studio9Architettura to meet the different needs of private individuals

and companies, in the field of civil and naval architecture, in Italy and abroad. Through a totally eclectic approach

to design, the

firm is a synthesis of the different souls that make up the team that designs and builds residential/

commercial architecture/public spaces and deals with yacht design. From a small flat in the city centre to a

large hotel on the outskirts of Orleans in France, Nove Architects has also been involved in the design of public

works in recent years, being shortlisted for “The Plan Award” two years in a row: in 2021 with the “Masterplan of

the Port of Riccione” project designed together with Architect Massimo Franchini and in 2022 with the “Libyan

Mausoleum” project on the island of San Nicola in the Tremiti archipelago. NOVE [nine] is a number linked to

a date common to the two founders of the studio, but it is above all the union of their initials. Evolving simply

into “NOVE” represents the keystone of a professional life path projected today to pure “form and substance”.
