La fase di progetto è seguita da

un ufficio tecnico composto da

personale altamente specializ-

zato, competente e con lunga

e comprovata esperienza nel

settore. La fase di collaudo, che

sottopone a numerose e costanti

verifiche tutte le materie prime

ed i prodotti finiti che entrano ed

escono dai magazzini aziendali; è

invece eseguita presso il labora-

torio Ricerca e Sviluppo Eurotis

o qualificati laboratori esterni.

Il processo descritto risponde ai criteri di qualità de-

finiti dalla ISO 9001:2015, certificazione conferita ad

Eurotis dall’ente Kiwa. È grazie all’efficacia di questo

iter che Eurotis è riuscita ad ottenere le più significative

certificazioni di prodotto in ambito europeo.

Produzione: obiettivi

e campo di applicazione

La produzione Eurotis è caratterizzata da una continua

crescita tecnica e tecnologica, avente come obiettivo lo

sviluppo di soluzioni innovative, capaci di rispondere

sempre al meglio alle esigenze del mercato. Da questa

filosofia produttiva sono nati i sistemi di tubazioni cor-

rugate PLT-CSST Eurotis in acciaio inossidabile auste-

nitico AISI 304 e AISI 316L, caratterizzati da:

• elevata resistenza alla corrosione e allo scorrimento

viscoso

• elevata tenacità, anche a temperature molto basse

• elevata resistenza all’usura e alle sollecitazioni a fatica

• elevata facilità di posa

phase is followed by a techni-

cal office composed by highly

specialized staff, competent and

with long and proven experi-

ence in the sector.

The phase of testing, submits to

numerous and constant checks

all raw materials and finished

products that enter and leave

the warehouse; this phase is

performed in qualified external

laboratories or in the Eurotis

Research & Development lab-

oratory. The described process

meets the defined quality criteria of ISO 9001:2015,

certification conferred to Eurotis by Kiwa. It is thanks

to the effectiveness of this process that Eurotis has

succeeded in obtaining the most significant product

certifications in Europe.

Production: objectives

and application area

Eurotis production is characterized by a continuous

technical and technological growth, having as its aim

the development of innovative solutions capable of re-

sponding always at best to the needs of the market.

From this production philosophy were born the Eurotis

PLT-CSST corrugated austenitic stainless steel AISI 304

and AISI 316L tubing systems, characterized by:

• high resistance to corrosion and viscous flow

• high toughness, even at very low temperatures

• high resistance to wear and mechanical stress

• high ease of installation
