PAVIMENTI IN GOMMA REMP TECHNO “STANDARD” – MICRO

Per ridurre l’incidenza dello sporco è fondamentale installare

adeguate barriere antisporco, quali zerbini ed ampie fasce antipolvere.

Dopo la posa, proteggere il pavimento con fogli di cartone o

polietilene dai possibili danni derivanti dalle lavorazioni successive.

Proteggere con materiali morbidi i piedini delle sedie e dei mobili,

soprattutto se si presentano con materiali in appoggio alla

pavimentazione troppo duri o con spigoli troppo evidenti.

PULIZIA INIZIALE DOPO LA POSA

•

Rimuovere accuratamente tutti i detriti eventualmente presenti

ed eliminare la polvere e la sabbia residua con uno spazzolone

o con un aspiratore.

•

Lavare a fondo la pavimentazione con un detergente alcalino,

utilizzando una monospazzola a bassa velocit

à corredata di

feltro 3M di colore giallo-verde o rosso, in alternativa. Nei punti

non raggiungibili con il disco, utilizzare un frattazzo manuale,

sempre abbinato ad un feltro abrasivo di colore giallo-verde

o rosso. Aspirare e risciacquare più volte fino a che l’acqua

dell’ultimo risciacquo risulti pulita, lasciare asciugare.

•

Con pavimento perfettamente pulito ed asciutto, applicare

due mani di cera metallizzata, con finitura a scelta del Cliente,

con l’apposito spandicera. Le applicazioni dovranno essere

incrociate ed intervallate fino a completa asciugatura della

prima mano di emulsione impiegata: circa 30 - 40 minuti.

Dopo 2 ore circa o dopo completa asciugatura della cera la

pavimentazione è pronta per l’uso.

PULIZIA GIORNALIERA

Rimuove la polvere ed elimina le macchie di sporco.

•

Pulire con scopa e panno umido o garze pretrattate, spazzolone

o con aspiratore. Negli ambienti più spaziosi può essere più

comodo utilizzare macchine lava-asciuga con detergente neutro.

•

Eliminare eventuali macchie localizzate o persistenti a mano

con detergente neutro o leggermente alcalino (diluito con

acqua secondo le indicazioni del Produttore).

To reduce the effect of dirt it is essential to install adequate dirt

barriers, such as doormats and wide dust strips.

After laying, protect the floor from possible damage resulting from

subsequent processing with cardboard or polyethylene sheets.

Protect the feet of chairs and furniture with soft materials,

especially if they come with materials that are too hard for the

floor or with too sharp edges.

INITIAL CLEANING AFTER LAYING

•

Carefully remove any debris that may be present and remove

any residual dust and sand with a scrubber or vacuum cleaner.

•

Wash the flooring thoroughly with an alkaline detergent, using

a low-speed single-brush machine equipped with 3M yellow-

green or red felt, alternatively. At points that cannot be reached

with the disc, use a manual trowel, always combined with a

yellow-green or red abrasive felt. Vacuum and rinse several

times until the water of the last rinse is clean, then let it dry.

•

With a perfectly clean and dry floor, apply two coats of

metallised wax, with a finish chosen by the Customer, with the

special spreader. The applications must be crossed and spaced

until the first coat of emulsion is completely dry: about 30 - 40

minutes. After about 2 hours or after the wax has completely

dried, the flooring is ready for use.

DAILY CLEANING

Removes dust and eliminates dirt stains.

•

Clean with a broom and damp cloth or pre-treated gauze, a

scrub brush or a vacuum cleaner. In larger rooms it may be more

convenient to use washer-dryer machines with neutral detergent.

•

Remove any localized or persistent stains by hand with neutral

or slightly alkaline detergent (diluted with water according to

the Manufacturer’s instructions).

MANUTENZIONE DI ROUTINE

Completa la pulizia giornaliera con un lavaggio con acqua e

detergente neutro.

•

Pulire la pavimentazione con un detergente neutro utilizzando

una macchina lava-asciuga oppure il mop per piccoli ambienti.

•

In alternativa, periodicamente si può anche adottare un sistema

di pulizia e mantenimento “a secco” (sistema spray cleaning-

buffing). La velocità, la tipologia di detergente/manutentore,

il disco, sono da scegliersi in base alla quantità di sporco da

rimuovere e dal livello di lucentezza voluto.

MANUTENZIONE STRAORDINARIA

Quando le normali operazioni non sono più sufficienti a rimuovere

lo sporco più persistente, si interviene con un lavaggio più

approfondito per ripristinare il naturale aspetto del pavimento.

•

Pulire la pavimentazione con un detergente neutro (o

leggermente alcalino a seconda dello sporco) utilizzando una

monospazzola a bassa velocità munita di disco giallo-verde o

rosso. Aspirare, risciacquare e lasciare asciugare.

•

E’ consigliato anche l’utilizzo di prodotti lava-incera da

applicare con il mop; il trattamento deterge, ripristina e,

rilasciando un sottile strato di cera, salvaguardia l’emulsione di

base del pavimento allungandone la resistenza nel tempo.

•

Eventualmente ripristinare il grado di brillantezza del

pavimento con l’utilizzo del sistema spray-buffing. Anche

in questo caso la velocità, la tipologia di detergente/

manutentore, il disco, sono da scegliersi in base al livello di

lucentezza desiderato.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

Complete the daily cleaning with a wash with water and neutral

detergent.

•

Clean the floor with a neutral detergent using a washer-dryer

machine or the mop for small rooms.

•

Alternatively, you can also periodically adopt a “dry” cleaning

and maintenance system (spray cleaning-buffing system). The

speed, the type of detergent/maintenance, the disc, are to be

chosen based on the amount of dirt to be removed and the

desired level of shine.

EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

When the average operations are no longer sufficient to remove

the most persistent dirt, a more thorough wash is performed to

restore the natural appearance of the floor.

•

Clean the floor with a neutral detergent (or slightly alkaline

depending on the dirt) using a low speed single brush with a

yellow-green or red disk. Vacuum, rinse and leave to dry.

•

The use of wax-wash products to be applied with the mop is

also recommended; the treatment cleanses, restores and, by

releasing a thin layer of wax, protects the base emulsion of the

floor extending its resistance over time.

•

If necessary, restore the gloss level of the floor using the

spray-buffing system. Also in this case the speed, the type of

detergent/maintenance, the disk, are to be chosen based on

the desired level of gloss.

These procedures make it possible not to close the area involved
