The new Eurotis flanging system up to DN50
Eurotis leader nel sistema a cartellare per impianti idroter-
mosanitari, offre soluzioni ideali per ogni esigenza impianti-
stica, dai raccordi e giunzioni dal DN10 al DN25, alla nuova
linea brevettata di prodotti “XL”.
Da oggi, è infatti possibile realizzare cartellature anche dei
diametri DN32 (1” 1/2), DN40 (2”) e DN50 (2” 1/2), permet-
tendo così di realizzare un intero impianto con tubazioni
PLT-CSST e connessioni a flangiare/cartellare.
Eurotis, a leader in flanging systems for plumbing and hea-
ting systems, offers ideal solutions for all system needs, from
DN10 to DN25 fittings and gaskets to the new patented line
of “XL” products.
As of today, in fact, it is possible to develop flanging for dia-
meters of DN32 (1” 1/2), DN40 (2”) and DN50 (2” 1/2), thus
allowing an entire system to be developed with PLT-CSST tu-
bing and flange connections.

Tenuta meccanica ed idraulica garantita
La tenuta meccanica tubo/raccordo
è garantita dall’alta
resistenza della flangia, dovuta allo spessore minimo di
0,35 mm della tubazione e dalla compressione delle ulti-
me due corrugazioni. La tenuta idraulica è invece assicu-
rata da diversi tipi di guarnizioni piane: Klingersil e EPDM
per acqua e NBR per gas. Inoltre, i dadi del sistema sono
costruiti con una speciale sede che ne ottimizza la tenuta.
Mechanical and hydraulic seal
The mechanical tube/fitting seal is created by the high resi-
stance of the flange, due to the 0.35mm tube minimum thi-
ckness and to the compression of the last two corrugations.
The water seal is guaranteed by different types of flat gaskets:
Klingersil and EPDM for water and NBR for gas. Moreover, the
system nuts are built with a special seat, which enhances their
hold.
