NEW ARRIVALS

The pioneers of Modernism – Old Masters like

Viggo Boesen and Arne Jacobsen – spent the

first half

of the 20th century laying the foundations of

Danish design. Their obsession with form and function

was married to a clean aesthetic: furniture was not

ornate, but instead profiled an honesty in its simplicity.

Yet even as they created avant-garde pieces, the Old

Masters were looking to historical references for

inspiration. Traditional craftsmanship techniques were

used to produce contemporary pieces that, decades

later, remain collector’s items. Their creations were

imbued with an authenticity that has transcended time.

Our latest designer collaborations represent a

continuation of this powerful legacy. New designs are

sleek and sculptural, without sacrificing ideals of

comfort or cosiness. And as we now draw from the past,

we create pieces whose beauty will continue to shine

in the future.
