Integrated management system

Systematic sustainability

Alongside the strategic guidelines, the integrated management system for quality,

energy, environment and occupational safety plays a central role at operative

levels. The integrated management system serves to define measurable and

realistic objectives for increasing sustainability in various areas and to implement

these in a controlled manner.

A meaningful mission

The authority to issue instructions on all system-rele-

vant issues lies with the management representatives,

who report directly to the Executive Board and perform

management functions within the sustainability team.

They maintain the management systems, are available

to all employees as direct points of contacts, are

responsible for planning and conducting employee

training and carry out internal and external audits.

Controlled implementation

Through our management systems, we not only coordi-

nate our target systems, but also monitor and control

our internal processes. Our systems help us to anchor

our sustainability strategy and the guiding principles

contained within the company which ensures responsible

business operations. To date, management systems

have been implemented at the company headquarters

and main production site in Lenting. Implementation

at our international locations in Poland and China has

already been planned. This will also be implemented

there in accordance with the applicable standards,

in order to achieve the best possible results and to be

able to demonstrate sustainable corporate manage-

ment transparently vis-à-vis third parties.

The SWOT analysis...

...is a tool for strategic planning in companies. In a

SWOT analysis, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities

and threats within a specific business area are

determined. Accordingly, “SWOT” stands for

“Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats”.
