Ordini
L’ordine
è impegnativo
per l’acquirente mentre

conferma d’ordine.
Annullamento
dell’ordine
Nessun ordine potr

essere annullato senza
l’esplicito consenso di
Pro
fil Export che si riserva
la facolt
à di addebitare
spese ed oneri che ne
derivano.
Tempi di consegna
I tempi di consegna sono
di circa 3-4 settimane.
Imballo
Il prezzo di ciascun
prodotto include l’imballo
per trasporto via terra
su automezzi. Eventuali
imballi rinforzati saranno
addebitati al costo.
Prezzi
Il prezzo di vendita di
ciascun prodotto
è
quello indicato nel listino
vigente al momento
dell’ordine, IVA esclusa.
Garanzia
Tutti i prodotti sono
coperti da una garanzia
di 5 anni. La garanzia
si applica per eventuali
difetti di produzione e
non per danni derivanti
da un’impropria
installazione, uso e
manutenzione.
Spedizione
e trasporto
Per ordini inferiori a 250
euro netto (350 euro
netto per Calabria ed
Isole) verrà addebitato
un contributo spese
per il trasporto di 20 euro
netto (30 euro netto
Calabria e Isole).
Sarà cura dell’acquirente,
all’atto del ricevimento
della merce, controllare
quantità ed eventuali
danni. In caso di prodotti
danneggiati durante
il trasporto, il cliente
è tenuto ad apporre
la riserva di controllo
sul documento e
notificarla al produttore
entro 24 ore.
La mancata osservanza
di quanto sopra
solleva Profil Export da
ogni responsabilità e
risarcimento.
Controversie
Per qualsiasi controversia,
il foro competente
è il foro di Pesaro.

Order cancellation
Orders can not be
canceled without the
explicit authorisation
of Pro
fil Export, which
reserve the right to
charge derived costs and
taxes.
Delivery times
The delivery time is about
3-4 weeks.
Packaging
The price of each
product includes the
packaging for land
transport by truck.
Eventual strengthen
packaging will becharged
at cost.
Prices
The selling price of
each product is the one
indicated in the current
price list in the moment
of the order.
Guarantee
All the products are
covered by a 5 years
guarantee. The guarantee
is applied for eventual
production defects and
not for damages dued to
inappropriate installation,
use or maintenance.
Shipping
and transport
For orders of less than
250 euros, for transport
will be charged 20 euros.
It will be a buyer’s care, at
the delivery of the goods,
to verify quantities and
eventual damage.
In case of damaged
products during the
transport, the buyer is
required to put a written
reserve on the transport
document, and to notify
it to the manufacturer
within 24 hours.
The non-compliance of
the above instructions
relieves Pro
fil-Export
from any responsibility
and compensation.
Litigations
For every litigation, the
tribunal in charge is the
tribunal in Pesaro.
