Giorgio ed Alessia, hanno imparato la tradizione ed il lavoro dal padre e oggi, con l’appoggio

della madre, guardano un po’ più lontano pensando a rubinetti per gente nuova, per bagni dif-

ferenti, concepiti da progettisti che non fermano le loro idee davanti alle consuetudini, perché

il mondo cambia sempre più velocemente e noi con lui.

L’acqua è sempre acqua, ma il modo di porgerla e di presentarla fa la differenza; Giorgio e Ales-

sia Zanetti Chini lavorano ad un bagno studiato per il nostro comfort e la gioia dei nostri occhi,

un luogo che ci farà sentire bene, con un’atmosfera soffusa e gentile che ci accarezza... Rubinet-

terie lucide senza essere sgargianti ricordano le raffinatezze dell’Orient Express o di un qualche

piroscafo d’altri tempi. Tutto però con un cuore tecnologico avanzato e un’estetica conosciuta

e amichevole, con materiali solidi e finiture di qualità superiore, in un ambiente che sentiremo

tutto nostro e dove ci occuperemo serenamente della cura di noi. Da qualche anno è in corso

una rivoluzione silenziosa in bagno come c’è già stata nell’arredamento ed in cucina. Il locale

bagno si trasforma in luogo da vivere, dove passare del buon tempo accudendo noi stessi.

Qualcosa o tutto cambierà nei bagni, il risultato è legato a noi e alla nostra personalità;

dipenderà da cosa saremo disposti a cambiare e ad investire per avere il “nostro bagno” e

non un bagno per chiunque.

Il “Barrel” il bidone americano per petrolio e derivati, ci ricorda gli anni dei pionieri. Di aspetto

semplice e finitura curata porta sopra di sé un lavabo in tinta o in contrasto, liberandoci da

supporti banali o da mobiletti sottolavabo tutti invariabilmente uguali, mentre i tavoli minimi,

anche loro sormontati da lavabi in varie colorazioni danno corpo ad un bagno leggero ma

raffinato.

La filosofia di Giorgio ed Alessia ha superato la semplice distribuzione delle acque nel

bagno e della cucina, vuole intervenire migliorando la nostra vita ed i suoi gesti, lavorando

in un prossimo futuro, sull’illuminazione, sulle maniglie di porte e finestre e tutto ciò che

può essere nobilitato dall’uso sapiente dell’ottone massiccio e dalle sue finiture specia-

li, tutte applicate all’interno della fabbrica. Oggetti speciali, che trasmettono un senso di

solidità con funzioni semplici. Sensazione di appagamento nel compiere i gesti quotidiani

del nostro benessere.

the support of their mother, they look ahead thinking of taps for new people, for different ba-

throoms, conceived by designers who do not stop their ideas in front of the habits, given that

the world is changing faster and faster and we are changing with it.

Water is always water, but the way you hand and present it makes the difference; Giorgio and

Alessia Zanetti Chini are working on a bathroom designed for our comfort and for the joy of

our eyes, a place that makes us feel good, with a soft and gentle atmosphere that caresses

us. Shiny taps without being gaudy recall the refinements of the Orient Express and of some

steamer dating back to old times. But all with an advanced technological heart and a known

and friendly aesthetic, with solid materials and superior quality finishes, in an environment

where we will feel at ease and where we will take care of ourselves serenely. For some years

now, a silent revolution has been underway in the bathroom as there has already been in furni-

ture and in the kitchen. The bathroom is transformed into a place to live, where you can spend

good times taking care of yourself. Something or everything will change in the bathrooms, the

result is linked to us and to our personality; it depends on what we are willing to change and

to invest to get “our bathroom” and not a bathroom for anyone.

The “Barrel” the American bin for oil and derivatives reminds us of the pioneering years. With

a simple design and an accurate finish, it consists of a washbasin on the top of it in the same

color or in contrast thus freeing us from trivial supports or from cabinets under the washbasin

which are all invariably the same, while the minimal tables, also surmounted by washbasins

in various colors, create a light but refined bathroom.

The philosophy of Giorgio and Alessia has gone beyond the simple distribution of water in the

bathroom and kitchen, it wants to intervene by improving our life and its gestures, working in

the near future, on lighting, on the handles of doors and windows, on everything that can be

ennobled by the skilful use of solid brass and its special finishes, all applied inside the factory.
