cataloghi ed i listini non costituiscono o

sono essere modificati in qualsiasi momento. Inoltre

le caratteristiche tecniche riportate nella predetta

documentazione sono meramente indicative, non

impegnando in alcun modo la Rastelli Rubinetterie

S.r.l., la quale si riserva di apportare in qualunque mo-

mento modifiche di costruzione ai propri prodotti.

Ordini Tutti gli ordini si intendono assunti a titolo

di prenotazione e non impegnano la Rastelli Rubi-

netterie S.r.l. alla consegna anche parziale di quanto

ordinato.

Prezzi I prezzi dei prodotti sono quelli che risultano

dal listino prezzi della Rastelli Rubinetterie S.r.l. in

vigore al momento della consegna ed in ogni caso

non sono impegnativi.

Consegne Le spedizioni vengono sempre e

ffettuate

in porto assegnato, salvo speciali accordi in contra-

rio. I rischi relativi ai prodotti acquistati passano al

compratore al momento della consegna al vettore,

con il caricamento della merce sui mezzi di trasporto

presso i magazzini della Rastelli Rubinetterie S.r.l. La

Rastelli Rubinetterie S.r.l. si ritiene sollevata da ogni

responsabilit

Imballi Gli imballi sono fatturati al puro costo e non

si accettano di ritorno

Pagamenti Le modalità di pagamento sono quel-

Foro Competente In caso di controversia è ricono-

sciuta la sola competenza del tribunale di Novara

Garanzia La Rastelli Rubinetterie S.r.l. fornisce ga-

ranzia per i prodotti e le parti componenti, relativa-

mente ai materiali ed alla lavorazione, in caso di vizi

originari che li rendano non idonei all’uso cui sono

destinati o che ne diminuiscano il valore ai sensi de-

gli art. 1490 c.c. e ss.

La durata della garanzia è di 2 anni dalla consegna,

ma la Rastelli Rubinetterie S.r.l. non è tenuta a presta-

re la garanzia di cui sopra se il compratore non de-

nuncia il vizio entro otto giorni dalla scoperta dello

stesso, secondo l’art. 1495 c.c.

La garanzia

è esclusa nei seguenti casi:

- Mancato pagamento del prodotto

- Difetto non imputabile a di

fformità dei materiali o

di lavorazione, ma dipendente dalle seguenti cause:

- Danneggiamenti durante il trasporto

- Non conformità dell’impianto a leggi e regolamenti

Erronea installazione

- Danni derivanti da caso fortuito o di forza maggio-

re, o comunque da cause non imputabili alla Rastelli

Rubinetterie S.r.l.

- Manomissioni o interventi e

ffettuati da personale

non qualificato

- Difetti dovuti ad anomalie della rete elettrica o

idraulica

- Omessa o erronea manutenzione

- Uso irregolare e/o inosservanza del foglio di istru-

zioni o avvertenze

- Normale Usura

- Difetti dovuti ad una non corretta o diligente cu-

stodia

La presente garanzia ha validit

à solo per il territorio

italiano. Scaduto il periodo di garanzia, eventuali co-

sti per interventi di riparazione o di manutenzione

saranno a carico del compratore.

livery of the order.

Prices The prices of the products are those that re-

sult from the price list of Rastelli Rubinetterie S.r.l.

valid at the time of delivery and in any case are not

binding.

Shipments Shipments are always carried out in assi-

gned port, unless otherwise specified.

Risks The risks related to the purchased products

pass to the buyer at the time of delivery to the carrier,

with the loading of the goods on the means of tran-

sport at the warehouses of Rastelli Rubinetterie S.r.l.

Rastelli Rubinetterie S.r.l. is considered relieved of any

liability for shortages and failures.

Packaging The packaging is invoiced at the pure

cost and we do not accept return

Returns We do not accept return goods without

prior authorization and in any case only in free port

Complaints Complaints are valid if made within ei-

ght days of receipt of goods

Payments The payment methods are those indica-

ted in the o

ffers and the commission copies as well

as any order con

firmations and are considered bin-

ding. Once the established deadlines have expired,

the interests will be charged in the amount of the

average bank rate in effect at the date agreed for

payment. Late payments authorize us to suspend,

without any notice, the supplies in progress

Jurisdiction In the event of a dispute, the sole juri-

sdiction of the Court of Novara is recognized

Warranty Rastelli Rubinetterie S.r.l. provides warran-

ty for the products and the component parts, in rela-

tion to materials and workmanship, in case of origi-

nal defects that make them unsuitable for the use for

which they are intended or which diminish the value

pursuant to art. 1490 C.C. and following.

The warranty period is 2 years from delivery, but Ra-

stelli Rubinetterie S.r.l. is not required to provide the

aforementioned guarantee if the buyer does not re-

port the defect within eight days of the discovery of

the same, according to the art. 1495 C.C.

The guarantee is excluded in the following cases:

- Non-payment of the product

- Defect not due to di

fferences in materials or wor-

kmanship, but dependent on the following causes:

- Damage during transport

- Non-compliance of the system with laws and re-

gulations

Erroneous installation

- Damages coming from a fortuitous event or force

majeure, or in any case from causes not imputable to

Rastelli Rubinetterie S.r.l.

- Tampering or interventions carried out by unqua-

li

fied personnel

- Defects due to anomalies in the electrical or hy-

draulic network

- Omitted or incorrect maintenance

- Irregular use and / or non-observance of the in-

struction sheet or warnings

- Normal Wear

- Defects due to an incorrect or diligent custody

This warranty is valid only for the Italian territory.

After expiry of the warranty period, any costs for re-

pairs or maintenance will be charged to the buyer.

Упаковка Упаковка определяется с уч

стоимости, не предполагая возврата.

Возврат Товары подлежащие возврату не принимаются

без предварительного разрешения компании. И в любом

случае только на территории франко-склада.

Жалобы

Возможные

момента получения товара, в противном случае они не

действительны.

- Нанесение ущерба неквалифицированным персоналом.

гидравлическо

несоблюдение инструкци

й износ продукции.

- Дефекты, вызванные неправильным хранением

продукции.
