The new Valsir press machines
were designed to meet every
needs and be used also in
challenging conditions.
Die neuen Valsir-Pressmaschinen
wurden entwickelt, um allen
Anforderungen gerecht zu werden
und auch unter schwierigen
Bedingungen einsatzfähig zu sein.
Sie sind in zwei Ausführungen
erhältlich: Maxipress EVO und
Maxipress EVO LCD. Beide sind
ergonomisch und haben ein
extrem geringes Gewicht, sind
perfekt für die Einarmnutzung
aufeinander abgestimmt und mit
einem Schultergurt ausgestattet.
Der verwendete Zweikomponenten-
Kunststoff macht sie stoßfest
und unempfindlich gegenüber
Stürze und Stöße. Die doppelte
taktgesteuerte LED, die durch die
Starttaste aktiviert wird, beleuchtet
den Arbeitsbereich und erleichtert
so das Pressen in dunklen
Umgebungen. Darüber hinaus
ermöglicht der 340°-Schwenkkopf
das Pressen in schwierigen
Positionen. Die „Smart Release“-
Technologie hingegen ermöglicht
es, die Pressmaschine zu stoppen,
um die Position der Backe zu
überprüfen, ohne, dass der Kolben
automatisch zurückfährt.
Das Modell Maxipress EVO
LCD ist mit den modernsten
Technologien für die Ausführung
und Kontrolle der Pressung
ausgestattet. Sie besitzt einem
elektronischen Sensor, der eine
höhere Präzision und Konstanz bei
maximalem Pressdruck garantiert.
Der Drucksensor ermöglicht
auch eine Selbstdiagnose der
Pressmaschineneinstellung.
Le nuove pressatrici Valsir sono
state progettate per far fronte ad
ogni esigenza ed essere utilizzate
anche in condizioni poco agevoli.
Sono disponibili in due modelli:
Maxipress EVO e Maxipress EVO
LCD. Entrambe sono ergonomiche
con peso estremamente ridotto,
perfettamente bilanciate per
poterle utilizzare con una sola
mano e dotate di cinghia a tracolla.
La plastica bicomponente
utilizzata le rende resistenti agli urti
e alle cadute accidentali.
Il doppio led azionato dal pulsante
di avvio e temporizzato illumina
la zona di lavoro facilitando
le operazioni di pressatura in
ambienti bui. Inoltre la testa
girevole di 340° permette di
pressare in posizioni poco agevoli.
La tecnologia “smart release”
permette invece di fermare la
pressatura per eseguire il controllo
della posizione della ganascia
senza che il pistone ritorni
automaticamente.
Il modello Maxipress EVO
LCD, è implementato di tutte
le più moderne tecnologie per
la gestione ed il controllo della
pressatura. È dotata di un sensore
elettronico in grado di garantire una
maggior precisione e costanza nella
pressione massima di pressatura.
Il sensore di pressione permette
inoltre di eseguire un'autodiagnosi
del settaggio della pressatrice.

The bi-component plastic used for
this product makes it resistant to
shock and accidental falls.
The double led engaged by
the timed start button lights
the working area and facilitates
pressing activities in dark
environments. Moreover, the
340° swivel head allows to press
in difficult conditions. In turn,
the “smart release” technology
allows to stop pressing to verify
the position of the clamp without
restoring the piston to its initial
position.
The Maxipress EVO LCD model
is used in all the latest technology
used for press management and
control. It is fitted with an electronic
sensor that can ensure more
precision and consistency in terms
of maximum pressing pressure.
Moreover, the pressure sensor
allows to run a self-diagnosis of the
press machine settings.
