La parola “favola” ci fa venire in mente qualcosa di inventato,

ma anche qualcosa

che di solito

è troppo bello per essere vero

.

Il nostro cotto è così, la sua semplicità racchiude il più magico dei racconti; la sua origine si perde nei tempi

ma rinasce ogni giorno dagli stessi 4 elementi dalla poesia primordiale: terra, acqua, aria e fuoc

Il nostro cotto è come il pane: elemento fondamentale della quotidianità

Il nostro cotto è calore, è casa, come il profumo del pane appena sfornato,

legato al pane dagli stessi gesti, e, come il pane, offerto a noi dalla Natura stessa.
