Sistema OLIflex S.P. inox



Il sistema OLIflex S.P. inox, in acciaio inox AISI 316 è

realizzato per essere inserito in asole tecniche, vecchie

canne fumarie o in cavedi di nuova costruzione. Oltre

allo scarico dei prodotti della combustione può essere

usato per lo smaltimento in atmosfera dei vapori di

cucina sia civili che industriali.



Le norme UNI ed EN sulle canne fumarie non permettono

l’installazione dei sistemi a singola parete all’esterno

degli edifici ma li limitano all’interno di centrali termiche

o in ambienti chiusi.



Tutti i sistemi fumari appartengono alla categoria dei

prodotti da costruzione e devono essere marcati

CE secondo la Direttiva CPR 305/2011.



I sistemi a singola parete in acciaio inox sono marcati

CE secondo la norma UNI EN 1856/2 mentre i sistemi

camino a doppia parete, isolati, sono marcati CE

secondo la norma UNI EN 1856/1. Anche i condotti

di collegamento ed i canali da fumo devono essere

marcati CE.



I camini/canne fumarie/condotti, per essere marcati

CE, devono essere sottoposti a delle prove molto

gravose come quella di: corrosione dell’acciaio, (V1 V2

- V3) della pressione, (N1 - P1 - H1) prove termiche per

la determinazione della temperatura d’esercizio, (T200 -

T600) dell’incendio della fuliggine, (G - O) della distanza

da materiale combustibile fornita, dal produttore, per

i sistemi a doppia parete. Le altre prove da effettuare

sono le seguenti: prove ad umido, (W) ed all’acqua

piovana, prove meccaniche di trazione e compressione

ed al vento.



Il sistema OLIflex S.P. inox si può installare con qualsiasi

tipo di combustibile sia in pressione che in depressione.

Per le stufe ed i caminetti, dove si raggiungono

temperature d’esercizio molto elevate, è necessario che

il sistema sia classificato “G”, ovvero, che abbia eseguito

il test dell’incendio delle fuliggini. Non è consentito

attraversare solai in legno o materiale combustibile, in

genere, con i sistemi a singola parete, anche se rivestiti

con materassino isolante, se dalla superficie esterna

dell’isolamento al materiale infiammabile non ci siano

almeno 70 mm di distanza. Anche per i sistemi a doppia

parete deve essere rispettata la distanza da materiale

infiammabile ma in questo caso, tale distanza è indicata

dal produttore del sistema camino.



Per il sistema a singola parete, non rivestito, la distanza

da rispettare è di tre volte il diametro del condotto (per

Ø 200 mm distanza 600 mm).

OLIflex S.P. inox system



OLIflex S.P. inox, a single-wall system in stainless steel

AISI 316, is designed to be installed inside ducts, in old

chimneys or in the cavities of new buildings. As well as

removing the combustion products, it is also used for

discharging outside the vapour produced in both civil

and industrial kitchens.



The UNI and EN standards on chimneys do not allow

the installation of single-wall systems outside the

building but only inside central heating systems and in

closed areas.



All flue systems belong to the Construction Products

category and must display the CE mark in compliance

with the CPR 305/2011.



The single-wall systems in stainless steel are CE

marked in compliance with the European Standard

UNI EN 1856/2 whereas the double-wall chimney

systems with insulation are CE marked in compliance

with the UNI EN 1856/1. The connection pipes and flue

pipes must also be CE marked.



To be CE marked the chimneys/flue pipes/conduit

pipes must undergo some very rigorous tests, such

as: corrosion resistance, (V1 - V2 - V3) pressure, (N1 -

P1 - H1) heat tests to determine the maximum working

temperature, (T200 - T600) soot fire resistance, (G - O)

and minimum distance to combustible material, that

is indicated by the producer for double-wall systems.

The other tests to be carried out are the following:

condensation resistance (W) and resistance to

rainwater, mechanical tensile and compression tests

and wind tests.

The “OLIflex S.P. inox” single-wall system can be

installed with any type of fuel, under both positive and

negative pressure. For stoves and chimneys where very

high working temperatures are reached, the system

must be classified “G”, that is, it must have passed the

soot fire resistance test. In general, single-wall systems

must not pass through wooden floors or floors made

of combustible materials, even they are covered with

an insulating material, if, from the external surface of

the insulation there is not a distance of at least 70 mm

from the combustible material. Also with double-wall

systems the distance from combustible materials must

be observed, but in this case, the distance must be

indicated by the producer of the chimney system.

For single-wall systems without insulation, the distance

to be observed is three times the diameter of the

conduit (for a 200 mm diameter the distance is therefore

600 mm).

Completing the wide OLIflex S.P. inox product range is

the flexible pipe in stainless steel with non-corrugated

internal wall and relative pieces for connecting flexible

pipes to rigid pipes.
