QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM

Il prodotto supera un’ispezione di qualità in un centro di ricerca tecnologica, dotato di attrezzature

all’avanguardia. Durante l’intero processo di produzione è presente un supporto tecnologico che segue il test

delle materie prime, della prestazione del prodotto e della qualità.

MISURAZIONE DELLE DIMENSIONI

Durante la produzione, le tre dimensioni del prodotto vengono

controllate da una macchina a scansione laser, che estrae e

analizza i dati relativi a larghezza, lunghezza e spessore, per

determinare se la merce è conforme o meno.

ISPEZIONE VISIVA DEL PRODOTTO

Durante questa procedura, vengono scattate da otto a dieci foto

al secondo per fare un confronto con i dati del colore del prodotto

campione e se i dati corrispondono, il prodotto è considerato

conforme.

MACCHINA PER LA MARCATURA LASER

Il prodotto viene contrassegnato con un codice da una macchina

a marcatura laser. Esso è utile per tracciare e registrare le

informazioni durante la produzione.

DIMENSIONAL MEASUREMENT

During the production process, the three dimensions of the product

are measured by a laser scanning machine. This technology extracts

and analyzes dimensions data as the width, length, thickness, etc in

order to determine if the product is qualified or not.

VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE PRODUCT

During this process, eight to ten photos per second are taken to be

compared with the colour data of the sample product; if the data

match, the product is qualified.

LASER MARKING MACHINE

The product is marked with a code by a laser marking machine. It

is useful for tracking and recording information during production.
