DECANOX GEL

Gel decapante per superfici in acciaio inox, par-

ticolarmente indicato per rimuovere gli ossidi e le

opacità ed i residui carboniosi formatisi durante la

saldatura.

MODO D’USO: Mescolare il contenuto con una

bacchetta o pennello in materiale plastico. Stendere

uno strato di prodotto sopra la saldatura con un

pennello antiacido, lasciare agire il prodotto per il

tempo necessario. Risciacquare abbondantemente

con acqua. Per saldature ad elettrodo sarà conve-

niente spazzolare la superficie con una spazzola di

acciaio inossidabile per rimuovere i residui carbo-

niosi depositati.

Pickling gel for stainless steel surfaces, particularly

suitable to remove oxides, opacity and carbon

residues forming during welding.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Stir the content using a

plastic stick or a brush. Spread a layer of product on

the welding using an antiacid brush; let the product

act for the time needed. Rinse with abundant water.

For electrode welding scratch-brush the surface

using a stainless steel brush to remove the carbon

residues.

utilizzare. Utilizzata per il decapaggio e la saldatura

dolce a stagno di condotte in piombo.

Ready-to-use pure stearic acid little candles. It is

used for the pickling and the soft soldering of lead

pipes.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Heat the pipe with a

flame, then apply Steresina on the heated surfaces.

This operation will facilitate the melted tin flow and

adhesion on the parts to be soldered.

Gel flussante e disossidante per la saldobrasatura

dolce a stagno di componenti in rame, ottone, piom-

bo, acciaio, acciaio inox. E’ un agente decapante

in grado di facilitare lo scorrimento dello stagno

fuso senza corrodere i metalli con i quali viene a

contatto. Non lascia residui sui pezzi da saldare

e può essere lavata con acqua. Particolarmente

indicata per saldature di raccordi in RAME per

impianti idraulici civili ed industriali, quali tubazioni

per riscaldamento, canali, grondaie etc., impianti

elettrici, apparecchi radio TV.

MODO D’USO: Basta stendere poca pasta con l’ap-

posito pennello incorporato nel tappo sui raccordi

da saldare preferibilmente dopo averli lievemente

carteggiati o spazzolati con apposito spazzolino

doppio uso interno-esterno, quindi saldare normal-

mente.

Flux and deoxidating gel for soft brazing for copper,

brass, lead, steel and stainless steel components. It

is a pickling agent making the melted tin flow easier

without corroding metals, which it gets in contact

with. It does not leave residues on pieces to be

soldered and can be removed with water. This pro-

duct is highly recommended for tinning of COPPER

fittings in civil and industrial hydraulic systems, as

heating pipelines, as well as for gutters, eaves,

electric systems, radios and television sets.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Spread a little quantity of

paste with its supplied brush on the fittings to be sol-

dered, preferably after sanding or scratchbrushing

them with a special tool for internal - external use

then solder as usual.
