Antigelo propilenico per impianti termici

Anticongelante puro, permanente, a base di

GLICOLE MONOPROPILENICO per impieghi

nel CAMPO ALIMENTARE. Inibito senza ammi-

ne e nitriti e/o sostanze nocive per l’uomo e per

l’ambiente. Non provoca fenomeni di corrosione

dei metalli a contatto. Adatto per tutti i materiali

che costituiscono varie parti di un circuito di raf-

freddamento. In particolare verso l’alluminio ed il

rame. Consigliato per pannelli solari.

MODO D’USO: Diluire secondo il punto di con-

gelamento richiesto seguendo la tabella apposta

sulle confezioni.

Antifreeze for solar systems

Permanent pure antifreezing product, MONO-

PROPYLENE GLYCOL-based for application in

the FOOD INDUSTRY. It is inhibited without ami-

nes and nitrites and / or any substances harmful

to the man and the environment. It does not cor-

rode metals when in contact with them. Suitable

for any kind of material that composes a cooling

system, in particular aluminium and copper. Rec-

comended for solar panels.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Dilute the product ac-

cording to the freezing point needed following the

table on the package.

ATIGEL

Antigelo etilenico per impianti termici

Anticongelante puro permanente a base di

glicole monoetilenico senza ammine e nitriti, e/o

sostanze altamente inquinanti. Usato nelle giuste

% è anticorrosivo verso tutti i metalli di un circuito

di raffreddamento e/o riscaldamento.

MODO D’USO: Diluire secondo il punto di

congelamento richiesto seguendo la tabella

apposta sulle confezioni. Per una buona

protezione anticorrosiva non utilizzare % inferiori

al 30 %.

Antifreeze for thermal systems

ATIGEL is a permanent MONOETHYLENE

GLYCOL-based antifreezing product, which

stands out for the absence of amines and

nitrites in its inhibitors, and/or highly pollutant

substances. It is corrosion proofing and thanks to

its protection properties, ATIGEL can protect all

metals, which the different parts of a cooling and

/ or heating systems are made of, in particular

aluminium.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Dilute the product

according to the freezing point needed following

the table on the package. For a good corrosion

protection do not use percentages less than 30 %.

ATIGEL LONG LIFE

Antigelo etilenico di lunga durata

Anticongelante termovettore puro di ultima generazione a base di

GLICOLE MONOETILENICO di elevata qualità e ad alto scambio

termico, nonché lunga durata. Dotato di inibizione anticorrosiva orga-

nica ecocompatibile che evita e previene la formazione di morchie e

ruggine nonché biofilm (slime biologico). Speciale per sistemi chiusi

quali circuiti di refrigerazione-riscaldamento funzionanti in condizioni

di lungo e gravoso esercizio come ad es. autoveicoli industriali e

civili. Adatto anche ad Alluminio e sue leghe o altri metalli leggeri.

Questo tipo di anticongelante garantisce un’azione anticorrosiva più

resistente nel tempo e maggiormente mirata alla protezione delle

leghe leggere: a) Maggiore durata: prestazioni senza manutenzione

in circuiti di raffreddamento fino a 5 anni o 250.000 km. o pi

ù per

mezzi pesanti / 20.000 ore in automobili / 32.000 ore in motori di sta-

zionamento; b) Maggior tempo di stoccaggio: 5 anni; c) Nessun feno-

meno di gelificazione durante l’impiego o lo stoccaggio; d) Ridotta

formazione di incrostazioni calcaree; e) Migliore scambio termico;

f) Maggiore protezione del circuito di raffreddamento da corrosioni

e formazioni calcaree; g) Si riscontra generalmente un raddoppio

della vita di pompe, termostati, condotti, guarnizioni, manicotti, radia-

tori. MODO D’USO: Diluire al 50 % per ottenere una temperatura di

sicurezza di -38 °C. Temperature più alte si ottengono con diluizioni

maggiori secondo tabella apposta sulle confezioni. Prima di caricare

gli impianti od i radiatori degli autoveicoli accertarsi che i metalli siano

ben puliti e decapati secondo Norme.

Long lasting antifreeze

Latest generation heat transfer antifreeze based on MONOETHYLE-

NE GLYCOL of high quality and high heat exchange, as well as long

life. Provided with eco-compatibile organic corrosion inhibitors avoi-

ding and preventing the formation of slime, rust and bio

films (biologi-

cal slime). Special for closed circuits such as cooling/heating circuits

working for long time and in bad conditions, i.e. commercial and road

vehicles. Suitable for aluminium, aluminiumalloys and other light me-

tals, too. This type of antifreeze ensures a longer anti-corrosion action

and more targeted to the protection of light alloys INSTRUCTION

FOR USE: Dilute to 50 % to obtain a safety temperature of -38 °C.

Higher temperature can be obtained with higher dilution according

to the table on the container. Before filling the systems or radiators

of vehicles in, make sure that the metals are thoroughly cleaned and

pickled according to regulations.
