FILMAX 2X STRONG

Condizionante anticorrosivo concentrato

con battericida antialga, impianti termici

Condizionante chimico a doppia concentrazione

avente funzione di inibitore di corrosione, protettiva

e filmante, con esplicita azione antincrostante, ido-

neo per impianti termici multimetallici, sia tradizio-

nali che di ultima generazione e a pannelli radianti.

Compatibile con tutti i metalli e le materie plastiche

che compongono un impianto termico. FILMAX 2X

è un prodotto a base di sali inibitori che evita l’a-

desione dei carbonati e protegge dall’ossidazione

e dalla corrosione i comuni metalli. Forma un film

monomolecolare protettivo sulle pareti degli impian-

ti termici e refrigeranti ed elimina le sollecitazioni

termiche e gassose dovute all’accoppiamento di

metalli diversi. FILMAX 2X contiene inoltre un ef-

ficace biocida ad ampio spettro in grado di impe-

dire, o comunque ridurre notevolmente, lo sviluppo

di alghe e prodotti biologici all’interno dell’impianto

(es. pannelli radianti, sistemi geotermici, impianti

di refrigerazione, etc). Lo sviluppo incontrollato di

alghe o flora batterica crea infatti impedimenti alla

regolare circolazione dell’acqua all’interno del cir-

cuito, impedendo dunque il regolare scambio termi-

co dell’impianto stesso.

MODO D’USO: Il prodotto

è consigliato sia su im-

pianti nuovi che mediamente datati, ma NON com-

promessi. Dopo aver verificato il contenuto di acqua

dell’impianto ed aver eseguito la pulizia dello stesso

con FERRONEX oppure ANTINEX a seconda che

si tratti di un impianto nuovo oppure esistente da

oltre 6 mesi, introdurre FILMAX 2X nell’impianto

attraverso il punto più congeniale, utilizzando se

necessario una pompa di carico oppure il sistema

di dosaggio FILTANK collegandosi ad un punto

dell’impianto. Si consiglia di usare un minimo di

0,5 lt di prodotto ogni 100 lt di acqua circolante,

per ottenere valori di pH debolmente alcalini (da 8 a

9 c.a). NB: Per la procedura dettagliata consultare

Concentrated anticorrosive conditioner

with bactericide

Double concentration chemical conditioner that acts

as a corrosion inhibitor, protective and filming, with

specific anti-scaling action, suitable for multi-me-

tallic thermal systems, both traditional and latest

which avoid the adhesion of carbonates and pro-

tects common metals from oxidation and corrosion.

It forms a monomolecular protective film on the sur-

faces of heating and cooling systems, eliminating

thermal and gaseous stresses due to the coupling of

different metals. FILMAX 2X also contains an effecti-

ve broad-spectrum biocide capable of preventing,

or significantly reducing, the development of algae

and biological products within the plant (e.g. radiant

panels, geothermal systems, refrigeration systems,

etc.). The uncontrolled development of algae or

bacterial flora creates obstacles to the regular circu-

lation of water within the circuit, also preventing the

system’s regular heat exchange.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: The product is recom-

mended for both new and moderately dated sy-

stems, but NOT compromised ones. After checking

the water content of the system, and cleaning it with

FERRONEX or ANTINEX (depending on whether it

is a new or over 6 months age system), introduce

FILMAX 2X into the system through the most con-

genial point; if necessary, use a loading pump or the

FILTANK dosing system by connecting them to the

system in the most suitable spot. We recommend

using a minimum of 0,5 litre of product per 100

litres of circulating water, in order to obtain weakly

alkaline pH values (from 8 to 9 c.a).

®

Condizionante anticorrosivo universale

con battericida antialga, impianti termici

Protettivo anticorrosivo per impianti termici e

refrigeranti. Formando un film monomolecolare

sulle pareti degli impianti elimina le sollecitazioni

termiche e gassose dovute all’accoppiamento

di metalli diversi. MODO D’USO: Usare un

minimo di 1 lt o 2 di prodotto ogni 100 lt di liquido

circolante. Le quantità sono in funzione della

varietà dei metalli che compongono l’impianto

e vanno stabilite in base alla durezza e alla

purezza dell’acqua (intesa come assenza di ioni

corrosivi) ed alla temperatura di esercizio, piu’

è

alta e maggiori saranno le quantità da utilizzare.

E’ necessario impiegare FILMAX su impianti

nuovi o ben decapati, in abbinamento ad ALIGEL

se presente in % inferiori del 30%.

Universal anticorrosive with antialgae

This is a product preventing carbonates to

adhere and protecting from oxidation and

corrosion, by forming a protective molecular

film on thermal systems walls and eliminating

thermal and gas shocks due to the assembling

of different metals. It is compatible with ordinary

antifreezing products.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE: Use at least 1 or 2

liters of product in 100 liters of running liquid.

Quantities change according to the variety of

metals composing the system and depend on

the water hardness and purity (which is to say, on

the absence of corrosive ions), as well as on the

working temperature. The higher the temperature

is, the greater quantity will be needed. You need

to match FILMAX on new plants or well pickled

in combination with ATIGEL / ALIGEL if present

in % lower than 30 %.
