Il filtro pulente semi-automatico per la filtrazione

dell’acqua potabile è frutto dell’esperienza maturata

nel campo del trattamento delle acque e interamente

realizzato con le migliori tecnologie ed i migliori

materiali attualmente a disposizione. Azionando

la manopola di lavaggio si attiva la rotazione del

sistema interno di filtrazione che verrà spazzolato

interamente nella sua super

ficie. Ad ogni manovra

di pulizia lo sporco accumulato sulla cartuccia e

all’interno del bicchiere verr

à scaricato. Questo

sistema non presenterà quindi il problema della

sostituzione della cartuccia

filtrante o pulizia della

stessa, con dei notevoli vantaggi economici e pratici.

The semi-automatic cleaning

filter for drinking water

filtration is the result of the experience gained in the

field of water treatment and entirely made with the

best technologies and the best materials currently

available. Pressing the washing knob activates the

rotation of the internal filtration system which will be

brushed entirely on its surface. At every cleaning

operation the dirt accumulated on the cartridge and

inside the glass will be discharged. This system will

therefore not present the problem of replacing the

filtering cartridge or cleaning it, with considerable

economic and practical advantages.

Autopulente manuale

I filtri autopulenti WL-FILMAT sono stati progettati con

soluzioni innovative nell’efficienza del sistema di autopulizia

della cartuccia, grazie ad un nuovo lavaggio in controcorrente

che garantisce la migliore rimozione di particelle dalla

cartuccia. Quando la cartuccia deve essere pulita,

l’operazione di pulizia in controlavaggio è semplicemente

azionata dall’apertura della valvola a sfera di scarico sul

fondo del filtro. Tale operazione determina una caduta di

pressione che spinge in basso la cartuccia verso il fondo

del contenitore ed inverte il flusso, all’interno verso l’esterno

della cartuccia. E’ questo flusso in controcorrente che

pulisce ed invia allo scarico le impurità intrappolate sulla

superficie esterna della cartuccia. I filtri possono avere grado

di filtrazione di 90 micron con le cartucce in rete di acciaio

inox o rete plastica.

Manual Self-cleaning

WL-FILMAT self-cleaning filters have been designed with

innovative solution regarding the efficiency of the system for

the selfcleaning of the cartridge, thanks to newly designed

back-wash on counter-current which grants the highest

particles removal from the cartridge. When the cartridge is to

be cleaned, the cleaning operation with back-wash is simply

operated by opening the discharge ball valve at the filter

bottom. That operation causes a pressure-drop which pushes

the cartridge downward the housing bottom and reverses the

water flow from the outer to the inner side of the cartridge.

It is that counter-current back flow which washes away to

the discharge the impurities trapped onto the outer side of

the cartridge. The filters perform 90 micron filter rate with

Il filtro WL-FILMAT-HOT RAH è progettato con soluzioni innovative

nell’efficienza del sistema di autopulizia della cartuccia, grazie ad

un lavaggio in controcorrente che garantisce un’elevata rimozione

di particelle dalla cartuccia. Quando la cartuccia deve essere pulita,

l’operazione di pulizia in controlavaggio è semplicemente azionata

dall’apertura della valvola a sfera di scarico sul fondo del

filtro. Tale

operazione determina una caduta di pressione che spinge in basso

la cartuccia verso il fondo del contenitore ed inverte il

flusso dell’ac-

qua dall’interno verso l’esterno della cartuccia. E’ questo flusso in

controcorrente che pulisce ed invia allo scarico le impurità intrap-

polate sulla superficie esterna della cartuccia. WL-FILMAT-HOT

RAH è dotato di un imbuto di scarico, dispositivo per la protezione

dall’inquinamento dell’acqua potabile negli impianti idraulici, atto a

prevenire l’inquinamento da riflusso, in ottemperanza alla norma

europea UNI EN 1717 del Novembre 2002, rendendolo idoneo per

impianti di riscaldamento oltre che per acqua calda sanitaria.

Manual Self-cleaning high temperature

Filter WL-FILMAT-HOT RAH has been designed with innovative

solutions to ensure the efficiency of the cartridge self-cleaning

system thanks to the backwashing which guarantees the effecti-

ve removal of particles from the cartridge. When cleaning of the

cartridge is needed, backwashing can be carried out by simply

opening the ball valve on the filter bottom. This will result in a pres-

sure drop which will push the cartridge downwards towards the

container bottom and reverse the water flow from inside to outside

the cartridge. Thanks to this upstream flow the impurities trapped

on the cartridge external surface are removed and conveyed to

the drain. WL-FILMAT-HOT RAH is provided with a drain funnel, a

device protecting drinking water inside hydraulic systems against

contamination aimed at preventing contamination by back

flow, in

compliance with European standard UNI EN 1717 of November

2002, which makes it suitable for use in heating systems in addi-

tion to domestic hot water systems.
