FSC Forest Steward Council®

FSC forest management certification confirms that the forest

is being managed in a way that preserves biological diversity

and benefits the lives of local people and workers, while

ensuring it sustains economic viability. It Certi

fies the origin of

the raw material from forests managed in a responsible way,

in order to respect the social, economic and environmental

needs of current and future generations. FSC® is the

non-governmental and non-profit organization created to

promote the responsible management of the world’s forests,

fighting illegal deforestation around the world.

Certificazione CARB

La certificazione CARB, acronimo di California Air

Resource Board, è basata sul regolamento Airborne

Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) la cui finalità è di ridurre

e controllare le emissioni di formaldeide dai materiali a

base legno. La certificazione CARB, sebbene obbligatoria

solo in California, è stata assunta come standard di

riferimento anche da importanti multinazionali del settore

legno-arredo influenzando di fatto anche molti produttori

Europei di pannelli in multistrato.

CARB Certification

CARB certification, acronym for California Air Resource

Board, is based on the Airborne Toxic Control Measure

(ATCM) regulation whose purpose is to reduce and control

formaldehyde emissions from wood-based. The CARB

certification, although mandatory only in California, has

also been adopted as a reference standard by important

multinationals in the wood-furniture sector, also influencing

many European producers of plywood panels.

Certificazione 100% Made in Italy

La certificazione 100% Made in Italy consente di avere la

garanzia sull’origine italiana e della qualità dei prodotti

acquistati, la certificazione viene rilasciata dall’ITPI (Istituto

di Tutela dei Produttori Italiani) dopo verifiche specifiche

sull’origine e sulla lavorazione del prodotto.

100% Made in Italy Certification

The 100% Made in Italy certification allows to have the

guarantee on the Italian origin and the quality of the

products, the certification is issued by the ITPI (Institute of

Protection of Italian Producers) after specific checks on the

origin and processing of the product.

Classificazione A+

TAVAR ha ottenuto la classificazione A+, il massimo dei

risultati per le emissioni volatili inquinanti.

Questa etichetta attesta l’assenza di VOC (Composti

Organici Volatili), emessi nell’aria all’interno degli ambienti

e dannosi per la salute.

A+ Certification

TAVAR has obtained the A + classification, the highest of

results for volatile polluting emissions.

This label certifies the absence of VOC (Compounds Volatile

Organic), emitted into the air inside the rooms and harmful

to health. The purpose of this certification is to inform the

user of the presence or absence of polluting volatile

emissions.

Marcatura CE pavimenti in legno

La marcatura prevede per le pavimentazioni in legno il

controllo di determinati fattori tecnici e fisici. Un pavimento

in legno che non rispetta completamente tali fattori,

non può per legge essere commercializzato all’interno

dell’unione europea. TAVAR si è affidata ad un laboratorio

accreditato, per far effettuare tutte le analisi richieste dalla

normativa 14342:2013 su tutti i propri prodotti.

CE Marking to wood flooring

The marking provides for the control of many technical and

physical factors for wooden floors. A wooden floor that does

not fully respect these parameters cannot legally be sold

within the European Union. TAVAR relied on an accredited

laboratory to carry out all the tests required by the 14342:

2013 standard on all its products.

Wear resistance and maximum protection from stains are strategic requirements for wooden floors. For this

reason, the Tavar finishes are not only antibacterial (certified) , but also guarantee excellent resistance to wear,

characteristics tested and certified by accredited Italian laboratories.
