WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY - LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE BY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Legnox S.p.A. certifies that the products are Made in Italy and supplied with a 2 year warranty.

The warranty is valid for 2 years starting from the date of the invoice issued by Legnox S.p.A.

In case of complaint, the invoice must be shown together with the photo of the identification label applied to each item (showing the production date of the item).

The warranty guarantees eventual defects present in the furniture and furnishing accessories supplied.

The warranty does not apply to products that have been stored or mounted in an inadequate manner, that have been skewed, altered, or cleaned with

unsuitable procedures and products or different from those indicated in the instruction sheets.

The guarantee does not apply if the products have been placed outdoors or in damp environments or different to the ones indicated in the instruction sheets.

The guarantee refers only to a domestic use of the products and does not cover indirect or incidental damages.

The guarantee for lack of conformity is excluded if at the time of purchase the consumer was aware of the defect or if he could not ignore it with the

use of normal diligence or if the lack of conformity derives from instructions or materials provided by the consumer himself.

The guarantee is for the benefit of the original Buyer of the product and in no case it is transferable.

Furniture and accessories are designed to give the maximum guarantee of durability.

We recommend that the product be treated with care, paying particular attention to the following precautions:

Clean the parts of the furniture / accessories using a mild and neutral detergent and dry immediately with a soft cloth.

Do not use alcohol-based products, abrasive or solvents.

Carry out the operations with caution and delicacy in order not to ruin the surfaces.

Avoid products containing abrasive substances or cloths that can damage the surfaces.

The assembly of the products must be carried out following the instructions provided in the instruction sheet supplied with the furniture / complement.

The stability and load-bearing capacity of the products are only guaranteed by correct assembly and compliance with the instructions supplied with the furniture

/ complement.

The shelves / tops are in no case to be considered as work surfaces.

Distribute the loads in a uniform manner on shelves, tops and drawers, respecting the maximum capacity indicated in the instruction sheet supplied with

the furniture / complement.

The wall fastening of the furniture must be carried out only after careful verification of the suitability and resistance of the materials that make up the wall.

Wall anchors and screws are not supplied.

Use suitable devices for the wall.

Do not sit and do not step on the furniture, shelves / tops or drawers with your feet.

Do not hang on the doors and handles.

Do not open multiple drawers simultaneously.

Do not place the furniture / accessories or parts of them near or in contact with heat sources over 45° C or under -10°.

Avoid stagnation of water or liquids on the surface of furniture / accessories.

Make sure that the furniture / components are placed in rooms with adequate ventilation and air exchange.

LEGNOX S.p.A. declines any responsibility deriving from an improper use of the product.

Water, humidity and steam accelerate the aging of furniture / accessories and can cause abnormal degradation, such as swelling of wooden panels.

To increase the longevity of the furniture / accessories, we recommend: protecting the furniture / accessories from splashes of water, cleaning and drying

any residual water / humidity.

Regular maintenance and cleaning of surfaces can maintain the original beauty of your bathroom furniture.

The effects of normal wear or color variations due to time, light, stream, damages caused by knocks or accidents and other factors characteristic of

the bathroom environment are not considered defects.

Are excluded from the warranty the lamps, spot integrated in the mirrors and the transformers and all those parts that may be defective due to

negligence or use in a different way from those indicated in the instruction sheets.

In the event of a dispute, after having examined and approved the damage, LEGNOX SpA will replace the item within the shortest possible time.

If the article is no longer available, LEGNOX S.p.A. will replace it with a product of equal or comparable value in compliance with current legislation.

Returns of goods are not accepted unless expressly authorized in writing by LEGNOX S.p.A.
