Multifunctional remote control system
L’Hi-T è un controllo remoto touch screen per la gestione centralizzata
di una rete di chiller/pompa di calore. Può essere anche utilizzata per
funzioni parziali (per esempio come pannello remoto per un singolo
chiller/pompa di calore o come termostato ambiente per gestire
alcuni fancoil le zone). Esso integra sensori di umidità e temperatura
per l’analisi termo igrometrica dell’ambiente e la gestione doppio set
point per gli impianti radianti a pavimento che utilizzano un sistema
di deumidificazione. L’interfaccia molto intuitiva semplifica l’utilizzo
del controllo; tutte le funzioni sono facilmente impostabili grazie
all’utilizzo di sinottici di immediata comprensione. Il controllo remoto
monitora e interroga periodicamente la rete, è presente un tempo
di ciclo che intercorre tra la segnalazione o richiesta di comando e
l’attivazione della funzione, il tempo ciclo dipende dalla grandezza
della rete di fancoil e-o pompe di calore.
Funzione Acqua Sanitaria
Le pompe di calore possono produrre anche acqua sanitaria gestendo
una valvola 3 vie esterna e un bollitore opportunamente dimensionato.
Collegando in cascata più pompe di calore, l’utente può decidere se
tutte o solamente una parte di esse, possano partecipare alla funzione
“acqua sanitaria”.
Funzione Cronotermostato
Il pannello Hi-T contiene al suo interno la funzione di cronotermostato
settimanale con 2 livelli di temperatura, T e Teco, sia per il controllo
dei terminali idronici che per il controllo delle pompe di calore. La
“cronotermostatazione” viene eseguita in maniera separata per
terminali idronici e per le pompe di calore.

The Hi-T is a touch screen remote controller for centralized management
of a network of chiller/heat pump system. It can also be used for
partial functions (i.e. as a remote control panel of a single chiller/heat
pump or thermostat of the zones management). It integrates humidity
and temperature sensors for the thermo hygrometric analysis of the
environment and for the management of the double set point for
radiant floor heating systems that use a dehumidification system. The
intuitive interface simplifiers the use of the control; all the functions
are easily set through the use of immediate understanding synoptic.
The remote control supervises and periodically examises the network,
there is a cycle time that elapses between the signaling or command
request and the activation of the function, the cycle time depends on
the largeness of the fan coil units and-or heat pumps network.
Sanitary Water Feature
The mini heat pumps can also produce sanitary water by means of
an external 3-way valve and a boiler of suitable size. By connecting in
cascade several mini heat pumps, the user can decide whether all or
only some of them may participate to the “sanitary water” function.
Chronothermostat Function
The Hi-T panel contain inside the weekly chronothermostat function
with 2 temperature levels, T and Teco, both for the hydronic terminals’
control as well as for the refrigerators’ control. The “chronothermostat
regulation” is realized separately as for hydronic terminals and as for
heat pumps.
