A series of comfortable chairs suitable for all sorts of

settings. The design is based on a built-in padded seat,

open or complete with armrests, the stiff polyurethane

frame of which can be fully upholstered in textiles

or leather, or alternatively the two materials that

highlight the wrap-around shape of the chair. The

seat can have three types of bases made of different

materials such as wood or metal in two versions,

making Barbican perfect for use in diverse contexts.

The wooden base with linked curves is perfect for

important tables. The metal base, with its modern

design, is perfect both round a table and with home

office desks or console tables. The tubular version

is light and airy, ideal for contract projects where

ruggedness and practicality are prime considerations.

Barbican is a versatile design that redefines the chair

in a contemporary style.

Una serie di comode sedie adatte a tutte le tipologie

di arredo. Il progetto è basato sulla seduta imbottita

integrata, aperta o dotata di braccioli, la cui scocca, in

poliuretano rigido, può essere rivestita in tessuto o pelle,

totalmente o utilizzando alternativamente i due materiali

che ne evidenziano la forma avvolgente. Alla seduta è

possibile abbinare tre tipi di basamenti composti da

materiali differenti come legno o metallo in due versioni,

rendendo Barbican perfetta per l’utilizzo in contesti diversi.

Il basamento di legno con curve raccordate è perfetto per

accostarsi a tavoli importanti. Quello in metallo, moderno

nel progetto, è perfetto sia attorno ad un tavolo che con

scrivanie o consolle dedicate all’home office. Quello

tubulare è leggero ed aereo, adattissimo a realizzazioni

contract dove la robustezza e la praticità d’uso sono di

primaria importanza. Barbican è un progetto poliedrico

che ridefinisce la sedia in modo contemporaneo.
