Una sospensione che si presenta come una strabiliante

esplosione di cristallo veneziano, sapientemente

equilibrata nei volumi, nell’alternarsi delle diverse cromie,

nel gioco asimmetrico dei bracci. Perseus è composta da

un gran numero di elementi in cristallo che rappresentano

quasi un compendio delle tecniche vetrarie studiate e

sviluppate da Barovier&Toso nel corso della sua lunga

storia, qui reinterpretate, accostate e mescolate in modo

sovversivo rispetto ai canoni della classicità.

This suspension looks like a dazzling explosion of

Venetian crystal, carefully balanced in volume, in the

alternation of different colours, in the asymmetrical game

of the arms. Perseus is composed of a large number

of crystal elements that represent a compendium of

the glassmaking techniques studied and developed by

Barovier&Toso in the course of its long history, here

reinterpreted, paired, and mixed in a subversive way

with respect to the canons of classicism.
