QUADRO CON CONTROLLO PLC /

Il quadro elettrico generale a logica programmabile PLC

è interfacciabile con l’eventuale sistema di supervisione

e/o scambio dati dell’utilizzatore, con i seguenti BUS di

campo:

• Profinet

• Modbus TCP/IP

• Modbus RS 485

• Profibus

È previsto un pannello operatore da 10” touch screen a

colori, implementato con le seguenti caratteristiche:

• Storicizzazione e visualizzazione allarmi caldaia

• Controllo per esenzione 24 o 72 ore

• Storicizzazione e visualizzazione trend di caldaia

(pressione, temperatura, salinità acqua, portata vapore,

portata acqua, portata gas)

• Statistiche di funzionamento utenze

• Timer orario settimanale per gestire il set-point di

funzionamento

• Controllo e gestione bruciatore

• Accessibilità alle funzioni caldaia mediante password

• Backup dati su supporto USB

• Applicazione VNC (necessaria installazione nel PC

di software tipo VNC Viewer e collegamento a rete

aziendale)

• Servizio di tele assistenza da parte di Ferroli Spa

• Possibilità di monitoraggio da parte dell’utilizzatore da

remoto tramite Personal Computer, Smartphone o

Tablet.

The general electrical cabinet with PLC programmable

logic is interfaceable with the eventual system of the user’s

data supervision and/or data exchange, with the following

field BUS:

• Profinet

• Modbus TCP/IP

• Modbus RS 485

It’s foreseen one 10” touch screen operator panel with

colours, implemented with the following patterns:

• Boiler alarms historical process documentation and

visualisation

• Control for 24 or 72 hours exemption

• Boiler trend historical process documentation and

visualisation (pressure, temperature, water salinity,

steam flow rate, water flow rate, gas flow rate)

• Statistics of users operation

• Weekly timetable timer to manage the operation set-

point

• Burner control and management

• Accessibility to the boiler functions by means of

password

• Data backup on USB support

• VNC application (necessary installation on Personal

Computer of VNC Viewer software and needed link to

the Company web net)

• Service of tele-assistance by Ferroli Spa

• Possibility of remote monitoring by the user by means

of Personal Computer, Smartphone or Tablet.
