Accettazione ordini
La commissione
è sempre subordinata all’approvazione della Casa Venditrice.
Le condizioni di vendita si intendono accettate dal committente al momento del conferimento dell’ordine e con il ritiro del materiale.
La merce è resa franco deposito di partenza e viaggi a rischio e pericolo del committente.
Il venditore si riserva di poter effettuare consegne parziali.
Spedizioni
Le quantità devono essere verificate all’atto del ricevimento ed eventuali discordanze vanno annotate sulla bolla di consegna mediante
accettazione “con riserva”. Eventuali spese aggiuntive per giacenze sono a carico del committente.
L’imballaggio
è effettuato con imballi standard ed eventualmente su pallets a carico del committente.
I termini di consegna, eventualmente indicati, sono sempre forniti a puro titolo indicativo e non vincolante.
Prezzi
I prezzi riportati nei listini non sono vincolanti.

à di variare i prezzi di vendita in qualsiasi momento senza alcun preavviso.
Pagamenti
L’eventuale ritardo del pagamento comporter
à l’addebito di interessi al tasso corrente.

à di sospendere eventuali ordini in corso in presenza di pagamenti irregolari.
Le contestazioni di qualsiasi valore o entità non danno diritto alla sospensione dei pagamenti.
Reclami
Non si accettano reclami o resi merce trascorsi 7 giorni dal ricevimento della stessa.
I reclami devono pervenire entro i termini indicati tramite e-mail.
Ogni reso deve essere preventivamente autorizzato dalla Super Inox Srl che fornirà istruzioni in merito.

Per qualsiasi controversia il Foro competente è quello di Verbania.

Complaints are accepted in 7 days from receipt of the goods. Complaints must to be sent by e-mail. All returns must to be agreed and authorised
by Super Inox Srl, the company will give to the customers all instructions to carry on the return and the replacement.
Technical details
Super Inox Srl can modify technical details on the products without notice.
Retention of title
The products will remain the property of Super Inox Srl till total payments of the goods.
Responsibility
Super Inox Srl will not guarantee the products when they are used for other purposes. Super Inox Srl si will replace or credit the value of the
defective article only when there are manufacturing or material defects, any other defect is not considered as responsibility of Super Inox.
