La terrazza esterna della Suite Presidential è un ambiente assolutamente
privilegiato e riflette l’eleganza degli interni rafforzando il legame tra
indoor e outdoor
.
Il verde, che caratterizza naturalmente le pareti vegetali del rooftop,
si ritrova nei dettagli di interior: nel camino in marmo verde lepanto
,
oppure incastonato tra le doghe del pavimento. Inserti e richiami ch
e
valorizzano l’unitarietà del progetto e l’idea che anche gli spazi esterni
si possano vivere proprio come una casa. Anche qui allora son
o
organizzate diverse funzioni. L’area dedicata alla socializzazione e alla
convivialità ha una raf
finata zona dining e un’ampia cucina estern
a
completamente attrezzata per il catering, teatro degli eventi da vivere in
terrazza. Una seconda area è invece dedicata al wellness, con vasca
idromassaggio e doccia en plein-air
firmata FIMA. OUT.SIDE è una
colonna doccia freestanding in acciaio inox, disegnata da David

Vercelli per il benessere outdoor

WELLBEING IN THE HEART OF
THE CITY
The outdoor terrace of the Presidential Suite is an absolutely privileged
setting that perfectly reflects the elegance of the interior, reinforcing th
e
link between indoor and outdoor.
Green, which naturally characterises the planted walls of the rooftop, ca
n
be found in the interior details – in the green of the Verde Lepanto marble
fireplace or set between the floorboards. Inserts and references exalt
the unity of the design and the idea that even outdoor spaces can b
e
experienced just like a home. Here, too, different functions are arranged
.
The area dedicated to socialising and conviviality has a refined dinin
g
area and a large, fully-equipped outdoor kitchen for catering, as the
setting par excellence for events on the terrace.
A second area is dedicated to wellness, with a hot tub and shower en
plein-air by FIMA.
OUT.SIDE is a free-standing stainless-steel shower column designed
by Davide Vercelli for outdoor comfort. An understated and distinctive
design with handles available in various finishes, from different colours
to marble, to yet again underscore the elegance of FIMA designs, i
