Concepito come un intervento parziale ma altamente strategico, questo progetto ha trasformato radicalmente l’aspetto

e la funzionalità di un luminoso attico romano distribuito su due livelli, con poche ma mirate modifiche distributive e stilistiche. Le

scelte progettuali, pur minimali, hanno permesso di ottimizzare gli spazi, creando una maggiore fluidità tra le aree interne ed esterne

migliorando notevolmente la vivibilità dell’abitazione. Gli interventi, focalizzati su punti chiave della disposizione e del design, hanno infus

nuova vita agli ambienti, donando un carattere contemporaneo e sofisticato all’attico, senza stravolgere la sua identità originale. Il risultato

finale è uno spazio che coniuga funzionalità ed estetica, offrendo un’esperienza abitativa completamente rinnovata.

Conceived as a partial but highly strategic intervention, this project has radically transformed the appearance and functionality

of a bright Roman penthouse spread over two levels, with just a few targeted distributive and stylistic modifications. The design choices

though minimal, have optimized the spaces, creating greater fluidity between the indoor and outdoor areas and significantly enhancing

the livability of the home. The interventions, focused on key points of layout and design, have breathed new life into the spaces, givin

the penthouse a contemporary and sophisticated character without altering its original identity. The final result is a space that combines

functionality and aesthetics, offering a completely renewed living experience.

Residential
