Il sito è situato nelle immediate vicinanze di Parukárka, un amato parco cittadino frequentato sia dai residenti che dai visitatori

di Praga, offrendo un ambiente naturale che arricchisce la vita urbana. Il progetto del complesso residenziale è stato concepito come un

insieme armonioso di architettura e paesaggio, composto da un anello di villette a schiera inclinate, sapientemente integrate nel contest

grazie a un muro verde che le nasconde alla vista, preservando la privacy e l’intimità degli abitanti. Queste abitazioni si relazionan

con un’area paesaggistica circostante, caratterizzata da edifici residenziali più alti che, elevandosi sopra di esse, sembrano evocare

metaforiche terrazze urbane, offrendo un interessante contrasto visivo e formale. L’intera struttura è stata progettata per fondersi co

l’ambiente naturale, creando una simbiosi tra architettura moderna e il paesaggio urbano circostante, donando un nuovo volto a questa

zona della città

The site is located in close proximity to Parukárka, a beloved city park frequented by both residents and visitors of Prague

providing a natural environment that enriches urban life. The design of the residential complex has been conceived as a harmonious blend

of architecture and landscape, consisting of a ring of sloping townhouses, skillfully integrated into the context thanks to a green wall tha

hides them from view, preserving the privacy and intimacy of the residents. These homes are connected to a surrounding landscaped area

characterized by taller residential buildings that rise above them, metaphorically resembling urban terraces, offering an intriguing visual

and formal contrast. The entire structure has been designed to merge with the natural environment, creating a symbiosis between modern

architecture and the surrounding urban landscape, giving this part of the city a fresh new identity
