Il carattere industriale e fortemente contemporaneo del quartiere si riverbera con gli ampi spazi disponibili che vengono esaltati

con i vuoti, rispettando così le origini della struttura e valorizzando il concetto di “apertura”, proprio della tipologia open space, a cui il

progetto aggiunge una serie di volumi geometrici che scandiscono lo spazio e la sua fruizione. Le cromie scure del metallo trovano la loro

ragion d’essere nel palese contrasto con le ampie superfici chiare, lasciate volutamente libere, e la forte luminosità degli ambienti.
