Using a 6 in. Schedule 80 plumbing kit with flows in excess of 812 GPM
exceeds the maximum water velocity recommended in ANSI/NSPI-1
2003 Standard for Public Swimming Pools. For higher flows, summary
calculations should be provided to show that the greater flow is possible
with the pump and piping provided.
