Standard on all TOTO ceramics

All TOTO Europe sanitary ware, whether

toilets, washbasins, bidets or urinals are

provided with the particularly durable

CEFIONTECT glaze as standard. The

glaze was developed by TOTO and only

TOTO products feature this glaze.

Cleaning and maintenance

The combination of CEFIONTECT glaze

with the powerful TORNADO FLUSH

cleans the toilet so thoroughly that often

only one flush is sufficient.

The CEFIONTECT glaze also makes

regular basic cleaning much easier. There

are hardly any special cleaning instructions

to be observed, as the surface is very

smooth and resistant.

Generally it is sufficient to clean the

ceramic regularly with a clean, damp

cloth. If it is necessary to use a cleaning

agent we recommend a slightly acidic

cleaner with acetic or citric acid to work

against limescale deposits or an alkaline

cleaner for fats and oils (for toilets a

commercially available toilet cleaner and

the toilet brush is sufficient). TOTO always

recommends using a clear cleaner. For the

benefit of environment, we dot not

recommend using aggressive cleaning

agents.

Ecology

The CEFIONTECT glaze is designed to

be extremely easy to clean. This design

makes aggressive cleaning agents

unnecessary, and results in less pollutants

in our environment.
