Questa collezione nasce attingendo ai disegni del prezioso archivio

storico di Barovier&Toso rielaborati e riproposti con un design

più moderno. Gli elementi decorativi, realizzati con la tecnica del

“rostrato”, inventata da Ercole Barovier negli anni 30, diventano

i protagonisti indiscussi di queste vere e proprie opere d’arte.

Using an archive and a museum as tools to grant continuity and

to innovate without losing sight of tradition and historical roots

is a way to make memory truly immortal and perceptible in its

transformations. This collection takes its cue from drawings,

conserved in the precious historical archives of Barovier&Toso,

reworked and reformulated with a more modern design.

The decorative parts made with the “rostrato” technique,

invented by Ercole Barovier in the 1930s, become the clear

protagonists of these true works of art.
