Waste-fired tiles are fully reused in the production cycle. In addition, at the end of
life, LEA CERAMICHE tiles can be recycled as materials for substrates for roads an

buildings, thus reducing the use of gravel and natural aggregates commonly used in
building.
100% INDUSTRIAL WASTE RECYCLED – NON CERAMIC WASTE
All non ceramic waste is sorted and recycled in other production cycles.
100% REUSE OF PROCESS WATER
The production of tiles requires large amounts of water. So as to safeguard this
precious resource LEA CERAMICHE recycles 100% of waste water from the
production cycle. This allows the reduction of water consumption by up to 80%.

Significant investments in the best available technologies allow LEA CERAMICHE
products to be manufactured with minimal gaseous emissions into the atmosphere,
