XPS flat insulation panel

Il riscaldamento a pavimento è la soluzione ideale anche

per magazzini e capannoni industriali, specialmente dove

sono presenti grandi superfici e altezze, in abbinamento a

generatori che sfruttano fonti alternative (fotovoltaico,

pompe di calore, geotermia...) per produrre energia a

bassa temperatura.

Questo permette di avere benefici per gli occupanti e un

sistema sostenibile in termini energetici, visto il risparmio

dovuto alla riduzione dei costi di gestione e di

manutenzione, unitamente alle basse temperature di

esercizio.

Anche l'impianto è più semplice ed economico, dovendo

garantire portate più basse ed

è meno invasivo rispetto

agli impianti tradizionali.

Va infine ricordato che il calore generato viene trasmesso

per irraggiamento dal pavimento stesso, dando benessere

laddove serve e non ad altezze “inutili” come accade per

esempio con gli impianti ad aria (dove il calore stratifica

nella parte pi

ù alta della struttura) che generano inutili

sprechi.

carichi.

Possiede marcatura CE secondo la norma UNI EN 13164

Raccomandazioni: il pannello deve essere sempre

protetto dalla luce solare diretta e immagazzinato in luogo

asciutto, arieggiato, lontano da fonti di calore e fiamme

libere.

are large surfaces and heights, in combination with

system in energy terms, given the savings due to reduced

running and maintenance costs, coupled with low

operating temperatures.

The system is also simpler and cheaper, as it has to

guarantee lower flow rates and is less invasive than

traditional systems.

Finally, it should be remembered that the heat generated is

transmitted by radiation from the floor itself, providing

comfort where it is needed and not at 'unnecessary'

heights as is the case with air systems (where the heat

stratifies at the highest part of the structure) which

generate unnecessary waste.

VARMO INDUSTRIAL is a flat sheet insulation panel of

extruded polystyrene foam with a smooth surface and a

stepped perimeter finish and is suitable for thermal

insulation and systems subject to high loads.

It has CE marking in accordance with UNI EN 13164 and

complies with the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM).

Recommendations: the panel should always be protected

from direct sunlight and stored in a dry, ventilated place,

away from heat sources and open flames.
