Technical details
CARTUCCIA: La Serie T Mix, T Leva Laterale e T Square
è dotata di cartuccia ø 35 mm con e senza distributore a seconda degli
articoli. La temperatura d’impianto non deve superare i 70°C. La pressione di esercizio dell’impianto consigliata è di 3 bar.
TERMOSTATICI: La serie T Mix, T Leva Laterale e T Square monta sugli incassi doccia la cartuccia termostatica ø 40 mm
predisposta per pulsante di sicurezza antiscottatura per bloccare la temperatura a 38°C. La temperatura d’impianto deve essere
compresa tra minimo 10°C e massimo 65°C, inoltre la temperatura dell’acqua calda in entrata, nel miscelatore, deve essere di almeno
10°C superiore alla massima temperatura dell’acqua calda desiderata in uscita. La pressione di esercizio consigliata
è di 3 bar e la
massima di
fferenza di pressione tra entrata acqua calda ed entrata acqua fredda deve essere di 1,5 bar.
EROGAZIONE: La serie T Mix, T Leva Laterale e T Square ha un tipo di erogazione morbida. I lavabi e i bidet sono forniti con
limitatore di portata da 6 l/m.
SISTEMI DI DEVIAZIONE: I deviatori Bongio sono testati per funzionare da un minimo di 0,5 bar pressione.
INSTALLAZIONE: Tutti gli articoli ad incasso Bongio completi sono forniti di relative parti da incassare.
Gli articoli doccia e vasca esterni hanno un interasse di 15±20 mm.
Per gli articoli lavabo e bidet, monoforo e tre fori, da installarsi su piano, devono essere realizzati fori ø 35 mm massimo.
CARTRIDGE: T Mix, T Leva Laterale and T Square series has a ø 35 mms cartridge with or without distributor, depending on the items.
The temperature of the plant must not exceed 70°. The ideal working pressure of the plant is 3 bar.
THERMOSTATIC MIXERS: T Mix, T Leva Laterale and T Square series has on the built in shower mixers a ø 40 mms thermostatic
cartrdige. Prepared for a security system plug to stop at a maximum temperature of 38° to avoid warm shock. The temperature of the
plant must be levelled between a minimum of 10° and a maximum of 65°, the temperature of the incoming warm water in the mixer,
must be 10° higher than the maximum temperature of the warm water desired at the exit. The Ideal working pressure should be
3 bar and the maximum pressure di
fference between warm water entry and cold water entry must be 1,5 bar.
SUPPLY: T Mix, T Leva Laterale and T Square series has a soft supply. Basin and bidet mixers have a standard limitation of flow to
6 l/m which reduces the water waste.
DIVERTING SYSTEMS: Bongio diverters have been tested to work properly starting from a minimum 0,5 bar pressure
INSTALLATION: All the built-in mixers Bongio items are available with universal raw built-in body.
All the external shower and bath mixers have the 15±20 mms interaxe.
For the basin and bidet mixers - single or three holes - to be place on top deck, they require ø 35 mms maximum holes.
