SYSTEM WITH JOISTS.
Il travetto in alluminio è una struttura che può essere
utilizzata su tutti i supporti proposti da Italgraniti e
consente di posare le piastrelle Open/Dehors in 20 mm
di spessore con pattern multiformato. La caratteristica
principale è il “binario” presente su un lato del
travetto, il quale consente l’inserimento di una CLIP a
croce in polipropilene, che crea la fuga da 4 mm che
permettono il defluire delle acque dalla superficie
delle piastrelle. I bordi laterali dei travetti sono
opportunamente arrotondati per consentire l’aggancio
a scatto sulle apposite teste. Sopra alle bande laterali
del travetto, durante le fasi di installazione, vengono
applicate delle apposite guarnizioni adesive, studiate
per ridurre al minimo la vibrazione ed il possibile
ticchettio fra alluminio e piastrella.
In corrispondenza dell’intersezione dei travetti,
viene inserito un apposito giunto di collegamento
in polipropilene che non presenta caratteristiche
strutturali ma serve per evitare disallineamenti della
sottostruttura. Può essere utilizzato sia su travetti a
sbalzo che su travetti con i terminali appoggiati sulla
testa.
Il vantaggio di questo sistema rispetto ai piedini
tradizionali è di una maggiore flessibilità di posa,
potendo sfalsare a piacere le piastrelle senza dover
utilizzare un numero eccessivo di supporti. Inoltre
si viene a creare una pavimentazione molto più
performante sia dal punto di vista meccanico che
di stabilità durante il suo utilizzo.
The aluminium joist is a structure that can be used
on all supports offered by Italgraniti and allows
Open/Dehors tiles in 20 mm thickness to be installed
with a multisize pattern. The main feature is the “rail”
on one side of the joist, which allows the insertion of
a cross-shaped polypropylene CLAMP, which creates
the 4 mm clearance that allows water to drain away
from the tile surface. The side edges of the joists are
suitably rounded to allow them to be snapped onto
the heads. Adhesive gaskets, designed to minimise
vibration and possible ticking between aluminium
and tile, are applied over the side bands of the joist
during installation.
At the intersection of the joists, a special
polypropylene connection joint is inserted, which
has no structural features but serves to prevent
misalignment of the substructure. It can be used
both on staggered joists and on joists with the ends
resting on the head.
The advantage of this system over traditional feet
is greater flexibility in installation, being able to
stagger the tiles at will without the need for an
excessive number of supports. It also creates a much
better performing floor, both mechanically and in
terms of stability during use.

SYSTEM MIT BALKEN.
Der Aluminiumträger ist eine Struktur, die auf allen von Italgraniti angebotenen
Unterlagen verwendet werden kann und die Verlegung von Open/Dehors-Platten in
einer Stärke von 20 mm mit einem Multiformat-Muster ermöglicht. Das Hauptmerkmal
ist die „Schiene“ auf einer Seite des Trägers, in die eine kreuzförmige Klammer aus
Polypropylen eingesetzt wird, die die 4 mm breite Fuge bildet, durch die das Wasser von
der Fliesenoberfläche abfließen kann. Die Seitenkanten der Balken sind so abgerundet,
dass sie in die Köpfe einrasten können. Klebedichtungen, die Vibrationen und ein
mögliches Ineinandergreifen von Aluminium und Fliesen minimieren sollen, werden bei
der Verlegung auf die Seitenbänder des Trägers aufgebracht. An den Kreuzungspunkten
der Balken wird eine spezielle Polypropylen-Verbindungsfuge eingesetzt, die keine
statischen Eigenschaften hat, sondern dazu dient, ein Verrutschen der Unterkonstruktion
zu verhindern. Sie kann sowohl bei freitragenden Balken als auch bei Balken, deren
Enden auf dem Kopf aufliegen, verwendet werden. Der Vorteil dieses Systems
gegenüber den traditionellen Füßen ist die größere Flexibilität bei der Verlegung, da
die Fliesen nach Belieben versetzt werden können, ohne eine übermäßige Anzahl von
Stützen verwenden zu müssen. Außerdem wird ein wesentlich leistungsfähigerer Boden
geschaffen, sowohl mechanisch als auch in Bezug auf die Stabilität während der Nutzung.
SYSTÈME AVEC SOLIVES.
La solive en aluminium est une ossature pouvant être utilisée sur tous les supports
proposés par Italgraniti et permet de poser les carreaux OPEN en 20 mm d’épaisseur
avec une disposition multiformat. La caractéristique principale est le « rail » présent sur
un côté de la solive qui permet d’insérer un CLIP en croix en polypropylène qui crée
le joint de 4 mm permettant l’évacuation de l’eau de la surface des carreaux. Les bords
latéraux des solives sont spécifiquement arrondis pour permettre l’enclenchement sur
les têtes appropriées. Lors de l’installation, des joints adhésifs spécifiques conçus pour
réduire au minimum les vibrations et l’éventuel cliquetis entre l’aluminium et le carreau
sont posés au-dessus des bandes latérales de la solive. Au niveau des intersections des
solives, un joint de raccordement en polypropylène spécifique est inséré. Il ne présente
pas de caractéristiques structurelles mais sert pour éviter toute asymétrie au niveau de la
sous-structure. Il peut être utilisé aussi bien sur des solives en porte-à-faux que sur des
solives avec les extrémités posées sur la butée. L’avantage de ce système par rapport aux
plots traditionnels est une plus grande flexibilité de pose car il est possible de décaler les
carreaux sans avoir à utiliser un nombre excessif de supports. Par ailleurs, il est possible
de créer un sol beaucoup plus performant aussi bien du point de vue mécanique qu’au
niveau de la stabilité pendant l’utilisation.
